A lot of people came for the drama and stayed for the shitposting (like me), thread's probably going to stay more active than it was. The drama is also not necessarily done, we thought it was done before Tom pulled his stunt. We're coming up on BoneyPlays which is already the most anticipated time of the year for OP enjoyers and may reignite or kill the drama based on who does or doesn't show, so there's anticipation there. Plus that video from earlier.
Factor in Null showing up with his rape minions to gape Lincoln for sexting too much and Banchou's gangstalkers, and I think the thread activity makes sense.
