I think the fictional image of Zach and how consistently unhinged he is on OneyPlays has warped me too much because I have such issues imagining him in like, actual everyday scenarios like hanging out with his girlfriend. Like he'd be on a date with her and then just turn to her and go "Hey babe, what would you do if you woke up and all your fingers had screaming mouths on their tips?" or some shit.

Wasn't one of their early interactions Zach pranking her by farting in her mouth? I'm not sure he actually has everyday scenarios, he's a cartoonist, after all.

I like that they finally talk about Uillillia, he feels like a lolcow from a more naive and simple time on the internet. It feels so charming to have an internet weirdo that just has a bunch of OCD quirks, and a writing style that is only comprehensible to himself, rather than most lolcows who seem to be actively harmful to those around them. The funny thing is, I don't think he even lost weight from de-greasing pizzas, per se, but it's more like the extremely methodical way he did it meant he didn't have time to eat as much.

A minute or two dedicated to talking about degreasing pizza and his list of fears does not do justice to how weird an d charming he is as well as how his story is ultimately pretty inspiring as he actually tries to deal with most of his issues and improves as a person.
He's definitely one of my favorite internet weirdos because of that.

Zach and Nikki are probably mainly together because he makes her laugh. The idea of the two having a sentimental moment together is too disturbing for words. More than anything, I can't imagine him being depressed are having to solemnly talk in a serious situation, especially with that voice of his making everything he says sound hilarious.

That image of him isn't all that innaccurate, apparently. According to Chris Ray Gun, Zach isn't putting on a character at all, he's just like that.
