We got two birthdays today. The first is the Celestial Dragon who doesn't deserve a mermaid, Charlos. The second is Moda, the milkmaiden Ace met in his cover story and who recently appeared in Chapter 904.

Also Kid is more likely to enter a temporary alliance (as in until the arc finishes) than join the crew proper, I mean what does he really have to offer? And a crazy short-tempered murderer doesn't exactly mesh well with the current Straw Hat lineup (Zoro not withstanding). Plus his interaction with Luffy shows he's more interested in competing with him and proving to be the better pirate than cooperating (his challenge at Sabaody, his Wano debut that showed him doing just that, etc).

Also I wonder if Kid and Killer are more than just mere partners; without the mask he looks an awful lot like him, and they both apparently share a severe distaste for people mocking them (though those things might be what drew each one to the other in the first place..)

Yeah, It's far more likely that Kid will ally with Luffy/Law (thus reuniting the temporary Sabaody Alliance).

They're both from South Blue, so they probably know each other very well.

Oda really knows how to get you to dislike his villains. Destroying someone's ability to show emotions is horrific and I can't wait to see the comeuppance guys Orochi and Kaido get. This going to be quite the lineup with the Strawhats, Heart Pirates, Kidd and Killer going wild across the county. And with Big Mom on the scene looks like the prison break is about to officially go down. Queen seems pretty tough, but a food crazed Big Mom is gonna clean house.

I am really curious about what Big Mom was saying off screen. Her old memories are gone, but is she having for flashbacks of Mother Carmel? And what did Chopper, Kiku and the rest react to it? I hope Linlin didn't beat Monster Chopper. SPOILER]

I think they're all still together, she's in her hunger pangs mode, but still didn't go completely berserk because the o-shiruko is still "there", she will definitely go berserk after she discovers that it got eaten by Luffy.

Are you kidding me? Do you really think Chopper is sitting in that Alligator (or whatever they are riding) and not noticing what Mom is doing? To him, Chopper nearly killed himself in monster mode fighting Linlin going crazy just three days ago.

Yes, but she's not at the point where she'd definitively want to eat him.

They're probably safe until she finds out that there's no O-Shiruko, which is.. probably next chapter :story:.
 
Big Mom never actually understood patience... for all we know from seeing one panel, she could have started raging hours ago.

Well... this is awkward...

Remember how Crocus's birthday was listed as January 4, despite him claiming to be a Gemini? Well, the Vivre Card Databook fixed that discrepancy, and now today is his birthday. I've edited the January 4 post to reflect this, though you can still watch his introductory clip there.

He shares his new birthday with Epoida, one of Whitebeard's affiliates.
