its starting to sound to me like the various gods people speak of are just sounds personified which eventually became devil fruits more or less. nika the sun god with the sound of the drums of liberation and now zaza the rain god with the sound of falling rain there is also the forest god and i think the earth god. the people of elbaph and skypiea seem to both share an interest in calling things gods which makes me think we have been getting a closer look at what life was like in nikas time since the beginning.

also dragon totally has the zaza fruit. the whole storms appearing out of nowhere when he shows up thing proves as much. zaza being the thing celestial dragons fear most and dragon being the leader of the revolutionary army proves as much.

all that aside looks like its time for sanji and zoro prove themselves again gunko just being declared dead is interesting as well i wonder if its because shes trapped in ice or the result of imu controlling her body.

betting that jimbei gets some action next chapter against zaza while sanji and zoro deal with the other 2. Loki is going to get his ass kicked, for luffy to join later.

Another example is Igor from Persona 5. Never played the games, just something I heard of. For Persona 5, Igor's original VA was dead and had to be replaced, the Igor in the game is an imposter and speaks regularly and I guess that's how they got around this mindset. Because once the real Igor is found and saved he just goes like "Oh, I'm very tired of my ordeal so I'll just be quiet" and doesn't speak for the rest of the game, or at least very little.
This is the exact thing I want to talk about when the VA subject comes out (and I am familiar with this subject).

For context Atlus/Sega mostly used recorded voiceclips for Igor in both the Persona 3 movies and in Persona 5. In Persona 5 he has "new voice clips" but those were from an impostor. In Strikers and Tactica he's simply given no screentime whatsoever, Lavenza says something like "he left" or "he's not able to intervene" to explain his absence. It's not until the smartphone gacha app Persona 5 (and if I remember correctly Persona 3 Reload) where he has a new Japanese VA.

Could be that Davy was the first to have the Nidhogg fruit? Was it said that the Warrior God was the first to have it?
If at anything he could be the second assuming if the Warrior God (likely the King of Giants during the Void Century) has Nidhogg and fought Joy Boy, and Davy came after Joy Boy. And for all we know Eblaph is one of the few independent states that the World Government cannot effectively conquer without making too much noise and unlike Skypiea or Wano, Eblaph actually drives them berserk.

I think that they are real monsters, this is a world where monsters do exist but are mostly forgotten in later chapters and giant snakes and boars are called "gods" and sometimes actively worshiped. There isn't too off of a chance where a couple of these can literally change worlds and use magic.

Also I'm 99% sure Imu is one of those Gods himself and 70% sure that the Forest God is Davy Jones, so they might not be completely named after sounds either.

Have Western protestors caught on to the idea of using the Jolly Roger like it has been used in the Indonesian, Nepalese, and Mexican protests? Or is this just a one-off guy, and the Jolly Roger won't become a trend in the West as they decide to use Western media icons instead, like that one protestor with a Captain America shield.

And if Attack on Titan hadn't JR Hildebrandt'd its ending, then we'd probaly see more protests using various AOT flags in place of the Jolly Roger.

One Piece is extremely niche in America. It is not a common thing here.

This is so ironic because the Libtards are supporting the same conditions that destroyed the Great Kingdom, thrown the entire world back several thousands of years away into essentially medieval oblivion, and allowed Imu to build the World Government to freely prey on human beings like livestock.

If at anything Europeans should be using One Piece signs and slogans against the United Nations HQ of Belgium. But given how cucked and pozzed the Euros are, it ain't happening.

Speaking of which I'm surprised that One Piece doesn't attract the same woke degenerate fandoms every other Shonen has, or at least not to the extent of the disaster that is My Hero Academia or Naruto. The worst I've seen is jokes being taken completely seriously and the usual powerscaling fags that show up everywhere. None of the sending author death threats or cancelling Oda over some raunchy panels shit.

At this point I am not surprised if OP oddly repels most liberal degenerates because it exposes them as the Celestial Dragon types of degenerates and scum they are.

It is the same thing that the Hippy Generation has done since they all got elected.

"We are still totally against THE MAN, we totally aren't THE MAN despite being in positions of power for decades."

Because Nami's boobs are too powerful for Anime team to ignore so we get lots of shots of them..which is totally objectifying her and sheet.

Don't forget Robin (and Hancock and Yamato).

The Yamato situation is also interesting because most people in the fanbase (save for a couple legitimately deranged wokies, of which at least some of them are running the Fandom Wiki unfortunately) had already accepted that Yamato uses male pronouns because she is larping as Oden.

What? We know nothing as to why the Kingdom fell.

I worded it very badly, but I meant that it's perfectly possible for the sort of large-scale collapse and predatory tyranny that happened in One Piece to happen in real life when you take out all of the mystical elements, in fact it has happened before. And whatever the Liberals are advocating right now has the potential to induce this sort of mass collapse. It's like when you are against the man but the very belief you hold is sticking to the man.

That is true but don't make stuff up. Fishman Island is a better allegory for that.

I don’t think Luffy is going to join. Just feels like Oda is really calculating for the first time for Luffy and Imu to cross paths . Also, I think the Loki fight is also to drop some lore, and the whole thing about said lore is that Luffy doesn’t know or care that he’s the key that makes it all come together, so he has to be kept out of the loop. So Imu will fuck off once he’s done with Loki.

i really hope we get at least a little bit of story for what made the celestial dragons into what they are today because at first i thought they were just typical stuck up royal types who simply just believed they were better than everyone else. but now im starting to wonder if they were always like that or if they originally started out just being really really scared of all the various gods and clans.

the fact that it keeps getting brought up that imu has a body that cannot be outside for long makes me think he wont be around for much longer either and will most likely be forced to flee. but not before him and luffy at least lock eyes. my theory currently is that explaining things to luffy would be pointless because obviously luffy does not care. so instead he will just slowly start unlocking joyboys memories until he just knows everything without anybody ever needing to explain it to him.

That’s probably going to be endgame stuff because it’ll probably be tied into Imu’s backstory and how he came into power.
