I honestly agree with the idea that Toei has something against Sanji, or someone that came onboard recently does. If this sort of thing happened once or twice I could shrug it off, but it seems to get increasingly consistent.

Maybe inner hatred for his archetype that gradually increased when it became just to appeal to the nufags.

im with you in that their immortality has something to do with the summoning and maybe haki from someone else gives them a power boost of sorts. so disrupting that haki is what makes them vulnerable again like how imu got effected by joyboys haki left inside emeth.

though it would be nice if the way to damaging them is not something limited to only luffy or zoro or anyone super skilled with haki. like maybe they are only immortal in their normal forms but if they awaken their fruit they can be damaged or something.
I'm astounded by how much I misspelt banish in my original post.

I think that Conqueror's haki can go a step further when it comes to willing subordinates, it's not just a debilitating effect but can be a strengthening one too. With a drawback being that when other Conqueror's haki comes into play it's a bad news day.

My suspicion is that Conqueror's haki is going to be the sledgehammer approach to trumping such things but not the only one.

Forgive me if I am wrong but didn't Toei ruin Tuxedo Mask's involvement in the Sailor Moon anime? I think they skipped one of his power-ups too. They seem to have a tendency for this kind of treatment.

What was she expecting? These reaction channels must not understand what shonen anime is like or who it's made for. Also, Ivankov is a pretty fun character, and I don't think fans will appreciate him being badmouthed.
They don't have any interest in knowing about audiences being fine with it before covid fags. They just disregard it and just get serious about stuff making women and gays look bad. She didn't attack ivankov.

Literally nothing because modern audiences just do not understand Oda's mindset, nor Japan's mindset on okama and that they're rarely treated as anything but a punchline. I don't think it helps Viz calls it "Oh come my way", though that's benign compared to what tourists were clamoring about once Yamato got introduced.

Legit, you show these people anything else involving okama that's not Tokyo Godfathers, their heads will explode. Oda is actually progressive in comparison because the Okama (not just Ivankov) are still badasses in their own right despite being freaks of nature. They know it and they don't care what you think, and they're not above fighting to protect their way of life. That's the Okama Way.

What’s strange is that these types seem to gloss over Kiku,* who fits the mold best for passing as a woman because he’s “a woman at heart.” The problem is, a major part of Kiku’s character is the dramatic irony of the audience knowing he’s a man, while Urashima continues to court him as a wife.

*It’s really not that strange. Yamato is a woman with giant tits, and One Piece’s primary commercial audience is teenage boys.

It would be funny if Urashima did not care that Kiku is trans and still wanted to be together.

https://youtube.com/watch?v=7Di79A80aEwGirl says tranny island is “uncomfortable caricature” because of brain rot.
these people amuse me because they will act like something is the most offensive thing possible when its the exact opposite. ivankov and the okama are actually all generally good people who while weird are still shown in a positive light. one piece in general has had great trans characters but they are all busy lusting after yamato to see them.

She was immediately coping and telling herself “well they live that way, and it’s RESPECTFUL!". These people are only watching cause of their own mission to point out protected groups being shown negatively and for approval by modern commenters that only started watching recently or trying to show off how woke they are. No other reason to get Legitimately hung up on this that never started being an issue until trannies.

No, she's just a boobtuber reacting to anime to court a thirsty nerd audience. The nakama appear on screen and suddenly an alarm bell goes off in her head "DON'T GET CANCELLED! SAY SOMETHING! DON'T LET THEM CANCEL YOU!" So she says what the media has trained her to say in these circumstances.

She doesn't have an original thought in her head. She's just a prostitute walking the fine line of pleasuring nerds by watching anime, and upsetting them by saying the wrong thing about anime.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vyvcWII9EY0 This sounds ironic as it does fit the theme of One Piece but I find the way he calls Kuma's fist punch the anti establishment and anti racism punch of justice cringe. When I hear it I just think "ok so One Piece is another propagand piece b y the managerial elites."

I think I am having the same problem I had when I was becoming a Simp[sons fan in which I instinctively know that in terms of messaging and ideology. it may nopt be aligned wityh me but I cant help it but still like it.
