So you’re saying we have to wait until we see Sanji going heart eyes and getting nosebleeds at every chick she sees, along with his chivalry causing him to almost lose his life because of the stubborn clinging to his morals? Because all we’ve got at this point on Netflix is just him flirting, shooting his shot, and striking out.
I’m saying if you look back at Arlong Park Sanji he was pretty much the same as in the live action. It’s really only when we get out of Arlong Park that things go crazy. Cause not many girls in East Blue. And live action Sanji hit on all he could so far. We have to wait to the Grand Line before he starts to go full simp.

And honestly i think the hate Sanji gets for how he acts might just be magnified by a very small part of the internet.

Yeah, after Whiskey Peak is when Sanji starts becoming the simp we know and love, and I think it only got solidified when Nami and Vivi were wearing dancers clothing in Alabasta—maybe when he saw Nami in her bra in Little Garden.

Actually now that I think about it, Nami being really sick and almost dying must've done it. I think it triggered him to have almost lost someone close to him again and from then on he wanted to make sure all of his women were taken care of.

A very very vocal one that says it’s so bad.

I don't follow OP often, but as someone who first saw it as a preteen on toonami, I've always been impressed by how far that little kid has come in the years since.

This episode just reminded me that it was Perona who got Coby out of his cell and wanted to rescue Moria. Whatever happened to her?
I don't think they ever showed it, That side plot hasn't actually concluded did it?

Are you like 12? Oda can retire anytime he wants, he's the most successful manga artist in the world with insane earnings.
Economic troubles can bring giants down. Fortunes disappear overnight. And I assume Oda is the kind of guy that wants his daughters and their kids to have enough money to be without worry about anything that might come.

I really wanna see the Cross Guild finally do something. So my hope is that while going to deliver the money for the capture of Garp, somehow Mihawk learns that Perona is also on the Island and in a hard situation, leading to him and maybe some other members of the Cross Guild fighting it out with BB pirates. Not expecting a full on war, maybe just a chance for Mihawk to do something cool.

From what my memory can pull up right now, Wano was specially egregious towards the end; a character in the raid would take an action, and then we'd have half an hour of static reaction faces and exclamations from every character in the planet, and then the cycle repeated because the anime was catching up to the manga, and the buffer between them has to be kept to a minimum. Dressrosa's biggest (but not only) pacing problem was the repetition of the goddamn flashbacks, especially Rebecca's.
It wasn't just flashbacks that were the propblem. I remember getting really annoyed with Dressrosa since it would show buildings being destroyede near the end of an episode then ther following episopde it would show a recap of the same thing and then even more being destroyed. there is also the Ennies Lobby days where it would take forever to get into the episode.

Another overthinker got into one piece. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=k5UgU06CE6k
I dunno who this guy is, just that I have been seeing his videos getting recommended to me probably because of The Drawk Show where he got his mother (who's a teacher and likes history) to read One Piece and discuss it on his Twitch while he draws. She made some really accurate predictions about where the story was headed since Baroque Works, and called the sun god reveal even before she hit Jaya and saw the Five Elders in their room for the first time. Pretty fascinating to get her thoughts despite her having never read manga before and only somewhat remembered One Piece as "The one where they kill the boat".
