All the lose ends are straight up all relayed to the same thing. It’s easily doable in 90 chapters. But this is Oda so it won’t be.

You’re probably right, I think I may have fallen into the trap of assuming Oda has planned every thing in a wonderful tapestry the second he draws it. When in reality he’s just putting the relevant info in now.

I’m not sure if anyone has the interviews to prove it, but hasn’t Oda said that he felt he might have to sacrifice some story beats to get to the ending because of his health?

He's nearing 50, but it's mainly his eyes; the art is more rough and if he's working with small panels, it's rougher.

Honestly, the only story beats that will get cucked are the non-Luffy fights. We'll just get some epic clashes, cutaways to see updates about the fights, and off-screen outcomes.

See. That’s the thing. Oda has planned his big stuff. It’s just the getting there. Which is why the second he announced final saga all the stuff he’d set up all started coming to a head. It’s why Oda could absolutely finish in 90 if he wanted to. All the big things lead into each other.

If you’d told me Cross Guild would be a thing, God Valley, the Elders, Law and Kidd dealt with, Blackbeard caught up, Vegapunk introduced and dealt with, Void Centuary, Marines and Elbaf setup

Would have all been handled 50 ish chapters ago I would have looked at you dumb.

So Elbaf, Shanks, Blackbeard, Imu and the Void Crntuary could totally fit in 90. But Oda is Oda. And he’s been planning this forever and he want to do it right. So I suspect we’ll go longer

Yeah. Eyesight and well he doesn’t have enough pages to put everything. Which leads to funny stuff now - like having to admit he forgot people might think Chopper would want to cure Wano. And Zoro’s entire family tree.

In terms of sacrificing story beats, at most he’s said due to final saga he reorganised some stuff.

Think of it like Punk Hazard. Or Dressrosa. Should have been two islands each, not one. No time. Smushed them together instead.

The stuff that will get dropped will be the non important stuff and skipping over fights that aren’t important.

The stuff everyone cares about will be fine. Oda’s been planning that for 20-30 years.

As it stands, i think we’ll have chapters till we hit one that can be read as Sunny Go

I expect 1325

Or less but we end on a 56
 
How much fighting is there going to be between luffy and company vs the elders? 8 Chapters? We're going to bring one of their bodies with us?

Punk Hazard really should've been shorter. Dressrosa is fine, aside from the glaring "muh pacing" issues.

However long until we see a glimpse of their weakness. I'm predicting Warcury murks Dory/Brogy as they sack themselves to protect Luffy, and then Kuma teleports them out at tensions' tightest.

With how Oda structures things where several things go on at once when an arc reaches the climax with everyone split up, I have no idea.

Yeah. I predict several chapters as we need to show them off and how they get hurt is clearly going to reveal something about how Imu has to be faced. Only for Blackbeard to have, as he often does, have gotten lucky and be afforded the ablity to sidestep fighting Imu head on.

I assume we have at most 10 left
