One thing I'm wondering about though, is that Whitebeard implies that the Red Line existed during the Void Century (chapter 1023) back when the Lunarians used to reside on top of it, so who knows what the deal with that is.

That would be strange given that Luffy felt Shank's Conqurer's Haki and knows who it is, unless a nuke goes off I dunno how they are going to avoid meeting. They are technically Equals now.
