Lol I like that no one's talking about the reveal of Pluton's location. That's okay, we got literal weeks to let it sink in.
I mean why would anyone care?
We don’t know anything about it, what it can do etc. Heck, the main cast isn’t really concerned. If Pluton or it’s location was important Robin, whose known about it’s actual location from the start would have brought it up earlier.

And when you consider how stupid the world government has been shown to be in Wano I honestly don’t take ‘the ancient weapons equal bad’ as a threat any more.

Even someone like Ussop is a cannon in his own right.

Hooray, Otsuru's alive! I guess my hypothesis was correct.
I also guess that it was Kaido's idea to keep Sukiyaki alive. I doubt Orochi cared much about the Poneglyphs.

My guess for that was that Orochi held him as some sort of bargaining chip in case something went south-- say the populace threw caution to the wind and rose against him or Oden decided he didn't give any fucks about the hostages, Orochi has some kind of ace in the hole he can use.
Also I doubt Kaido was in the know about Sukiyaki, otherwise he wouldn't have wanted to pump the Akazaya Nine for information he thought Oden might have shared with them if he could just force Sukiyaki to make a codex or something and find out the old-fashioned way.

You would think someone would've been aware of his escape from captivity though, given how long he was in that room for. Maybe they just threw him in and forgot about him after Oden died, because what was he gonna do?

In most stories with a MacGuffin, it doesn't matter what the MacGuffin is or does. What matters is who wants it, and what they are willing to do to obtain it.

I was under the impression that Orochi held onto Sukiyaki as leverage against the World Government. At the very least, he’d be aware that the marines do not want people who can read Poneglyphs running around, and depending on what else Orochi knew (which could potentially be quite a bit, he was doing recon while serving under Sukiyaki for years after all) he likely used Sukiyak’s imprisonment as a bargaining chip when acquiring all the supplies and support during his takeover.

Enties Lobby is just Alabasta II (not that that is a bad thing).
Water 7 to the Post Enies Lobby with Ace fighting Blackbeard is peak One Piece as a Shonen to me.
Zoro and Nami have their most dimes looks here too.

I agree! I think that Water 7 is one of the best story arcs in the series, and Ace's fight against Blackbeard is definitely the highlight. The action, adventure, and suspense in this story arc is unmatched in any other shonen anime out there. Plus, the characters are all incredibly lovable and have such great chemistry together. It's no wonder this is one of the most popular anime/manga of all time! Zoro and Nami look great here too - I love their designs in this arc.

Gol got his incurable disease after God Valley Incident?

*Tin Foil Hat about The World Government poisoning him intensifies*
Given we got the timeline for this right before Wano kicked off, my theory was that Rocks himself somehow did it as a fuck you from beyond the grave.
Now I theorize it was something in the God Valley environment that compromised his long-term health, like the equivalent to radiation poisoning or he got cancer from a fungus his crew stayed the fuck away from because they weren't retarded.
