I'm honestly loving the Baratie's redesign. That and that the main cast at least (for now) look like the characters they're playing instead of all being random ugly as hell diversity hires.

I honestly shouldn't be surprised.

I'm legit impressed on how they realistic-ize Oda's ship designs while still looking like Oda's ships.
The show might end up crappy, but it might just win me over into guilty pleasure if they keep this aesthetic up.

Luffy can get laid just like Goku did... Considering the latter has no idea about how sex works and how exactly he conceived Gohan and Goten, which implies Chi-Chi had to do some very questionable moves to make it work. We're taking Lot's daughters kind of shit here.

I will reserve judgment until I see the final product. If they really try to turn the already iconic franchise of One Piece into a Netflix version of nu-Cowboy Bebop, even with Oda overseeing this, I’m going to be suspicious if this was not done with intentional disrespect.

No American weeb is going to sit through this, if that is the case.

Alright so I just finished the Alabastia saga and it was great. I liked how they used the classical song that was also in Asura's Wrath (probably before the game but whatever).

Interesting. I'd actually theorised, because they've announced some more Hunter X Hunter chapters, that that was what they were going to use to fill the gap in Jump during the break.
 
Looks like, as usual, my voice actor prediction was wrong. Uta has two voice actresses: Kaori Nazuka (speaking) and Ado (singing). Meanwhile, Kenjiro Tsuda will be voicing a character named Gordon.
