The biggesst issue is that they are stuck in this dichotomy where its just you either support the entire community or you don't. It can never jusst be the fact that Oda knows that these lifestyles are a thing. On the other hand, Oda himself has been friends with literal drag queen types or "Okama" ass they call it.
To be fair it's not just a One Piece youtuber thing. Most youtubers I have watched are either NPCs or deluded progressives that claim that they are against the system. Even the so called centrists just want the current version of liberalism and try to hide the roots of the issue or what the issue really is.

You can say that about most of the main casts pre-time skip outfits compared to the current ones. Post time skip outfits are simply pretty generic and as a result lack personality in comparison to the old outfits outside a few exceptions.

The only post time skip design that I find offensively bad (other than Robin's) would be Franky and I think that has everything to do with that haircut. You can't deprive a man of his pompadour! All of the others I'm fine with or just feel kind of lame and uninspired in comparison to pre-time skip. I do like that they have different themed outfits every arc, especially with how long each arc is, it mixes things up.
Eh, after the 3rd time they did this I got over the gimmick. Pre time skip had outfit changes too of course, but they still kept the core of the characters design at heart rather than simply putting the characters in different colored environmentally themed outfits.
Nami is probably the design that gets talked about the most by people who want to discredit the series and Oda as a character designer, which is ridiculous. Most of the screenshots they take from the shitty Toei anime instead of the manga drawn by the original creator. Along with that, Oda can do other designs for female characters, I don't think it's that big of an issue that Nami is like that.
They try to discredit the series because they are contrarian prudes with an axe to grind and that is all I will say about those assholes. I think Oda has quite a few female designs that are seemingly reserved for bit characters, because lets be honest here Robin and Nami (and a huge number of other "important" female characters) have the same fucking face design.
