I enjoy how they've kept the gag going of everyone thinking Buggy is this great pirate but Luffy/Zoro/Nami all know he's an idiot.

Random guess at the man in flames: it's actually Vegapunk. Where Franky is a self-made cyborg, Vegapunk burned himself due to his creations in his desire to be the greatest inventor.

Maybe you should have listened to Robin when she was going to reveal where Pluton was. Maybe then Kidd would be intimidated enough to tell you.

They spent a huge ass amount of marketing for this, not that surprising honestly
 
I wonder if the Carrot king reveal will be played for laughs later with some scenario like Carrot stowing away with the Straw Hats as they leave so she doesn't have to be confined to Zou. Cut to surprised Beast Pirates.[

This only should happen if the Beast Pirates complain about Carrot abdicating her duties, and Kinemon goes "Yeah a real fucking bitch ain't it"

I can kind of see the reasoning behind this, but I think this would be a terrible direction to take her.

Regardless of the direction of such a character, the biggest problem with trying to give Yamato any sort of character arc only after Wano is that it has to explain why none of that development or groundwork was laid out sooner when Yamato’s been in the story for so long; and why now when including an arc for her is inevitably going to eat into the story’s end game. So justifying itself will already be an uphill battle. Making that particular uphill battle be Yamato needing to learn a lesson in treating the Straw Hats as friends rather than as accessories to better roleplay as Oden with would probably be one of the worst directions to go.

To me, it’d be like if Water 7 didn’t have that scene where Zoro pointed out that they shouldn’t invite Usopp back into the crew without him first apologizing because it otherwise sets a bad precedent, and instead ended with Usopp returning and that handful of panels of Usopp acting like an arrogant douche before apologizing were extended into the next arc. Though, again, made even worse given how the series is nearing it‘s end game because it‘ll only remind readers that time is being wasted on it instead of literally anything else.

Fair enough.
I'm not exactly pushing for that exact scenario to happen myself, just the nature of Yamato's joining could lead to an interesting direction for the Strawhats down the road, even if that could just get settled in the upcoming arc...or she could just be something like another Jinbei. We shall see.
