I am truly fascinated by the story Who’s Who is giving us but…

I really want Sasake’s backstory. I heard a rumour that there is speculation he is the son of Kokoro.

His anime render even shows very similar hair colour to that of Kokoro and Chimney.

plus, Kokoro obviously had to have had a child, if she has Chimney.

And isn’t Sasake conveniently paired up with Franky?

Please Oda. I want this more than I want Big Mom fuck buddies.

Kokoro never mentioned why Chimney's always with her, right? All we know is Kokoro had a son who married a human woman and had Chimney. If having sea-green hair is considered unique to the One Piece world, then that might be confirmation her son formed a pirate crew and left sometime after Chimney was born when he was 24/25 (he's 34).

Also there were Sun God references back in Skypiea and in Big Mom's flashback made by the giants of Elbaph

To add to this, at least in the anime, when Luffy gets to level 2 of Impel Down and Buggy frees some of the prisoners, one of them calls Luffy a
'god of salvation'.

That was one of the first things I thought of when I saw that image, but it really screams Skypeia so it's no surprise.
I'm more interested in the potential parallels of Son Wukong and Hanuman people are bringing up with this. A monkey sun god is a bit on the nose so I'm expecting Oda to throw in a twist, Nika and Joyboy may not be the same person.
A lot of the legendary characters may have been different people part of Joyboy's crew if he had one.

That Kaido said Luffy could not be Joyboy might suggest it's possible that it's some manner of position or role rather than an identity.

Perhaps akin to whatever role Im serves as.

Yamato’s Devil Fruit is getting revealed soon. It’s a Zoan, obviously, but the Spoiler provider hasn’t figured out what animal it is.

In before

It was the Cow-Cow Fruit and everyone calling Yamato a "Son" is because before she ate the fruit she was flat chested as hell.

It’s too bad he jumped to conclusions when Doffy spoke to him about the Ope Ope Fruit. By now, he would have been a top dog in the family. I mean, his introduction scene and poses just SCREAMED the types of themes the Doflamingo Family stood for.

If Doffy wanted to kill Rosinante, he would have done so when he killed his idiot father. Just shut that pathetic looking, bang-eye covering, lying-about-being-mute (even before he disappeared), deceiving little kid face up right then and there.

Doffy truly loved Rosinante. I really felt for the two brothers when Doffy learned the truth.

And I know how Doffy reacted with bloodlust to the commoners, but guess what? Turned out it WASNT his arrogance that revealed their Tenryubito. It was that idiot, Homing, who bragged about it.

I don’t blame Doffy for reacting like that. He was 8. He was old enough to form such opinions.

I blame Homing for being an idiot.

I don’t blame Rosinante for anything he did as a child other than looking pathetic (it’s easy for One Piece depicted children to do so though). I blame him for disappearing, joining the marines (which, in case you guys haven’t noticed yet, the One Piece Navy is just as corrupt as the Pirates) and deceiving his only living family member.

Whether you are good or evil, family is family.

I can't entirely tell what animal Yamato's Devil Fruit is supposed to be. Is it a lion?

That’s actually a really good guess considering Qilin, as per the Wikipedia’s page (I have a couple of books somewhere on mythology but I’m not digging for them right now)...”and is said to appear with the imminent arrival or passing of a sage or illustrious ruler.”
