im not sure if anyone can relate to this maybe @Lunar Eclipse Paradox can but i have ear issues and for some reason when one ear is infected i feel like a sudden boost in confidence i feel way less anxious and emotional i don't even tear up is there any word to decribe this feeling

Hell went in for psychology in a big way about 1920, it being much funnier and more rewarding when humans torture themselves instead of having fun sinning. Since then, your "anxiety" has been 99% the result of a little demon whispering shit in your ear. Meaning when your ear is blocked, you can't hear him. Simple as.

I was diagnosed with Chronic Ear Infection and I'm pretty much used to it at this point because I had it for so long that it's pretty much a part of me at this point. Thankfully I don't feel much pain as it's one of the worst aspects of ear infections.
