As you can see from the above caps, videos, and links: Olivia Gatwood is a prolific feminist "Slam Poet" with a massive web presence that until recently was unknown to many. She became noticed upon one of her "poems" was found by a youtube user by the name of "Leafyishere", and then she capped a bunch of twitter threats/harassment and blamed it on the fact that he made a video criticizing her poem. This is a noted tactic of lolcows such as Nora Reed and others, who tend to accuse critics of siccing the hate mob on them, this is a means of evading criticism of your ideas/actions by lumping it in with more 'unsavory' parts of the internet.

Anyone who identifies as a "slam poet" needs to stop thinking they're 12 years old and trying to prove a point to their parents.
 
"Hey SCIEEEEEEEENCE" bitch stop screaming. Maybe science can explain why your poetry is hard to listen to.
 
"HEY SCIENCE!" isn't slam poetry; it's just yelling.
 
That's not poetry, that's just screaming like a fucking lunatic.
 
Here's the thing, that's not poetry. That's taking an idea and just yelling about it.

Poetry, true poetry, uses things like aesthetics and rhythm. There's a metre that you must adhere to otherwise it's just speaking. It doesn't have to rhyme but it has to say something. She's just sperging about how "science" isn't feminist enough for her.
 
This person would make a great opening act for Alexander the Poet. Under his tutelage, she'll be banned from every open-mic night on the Eastern Seaboard:

"My name is...Alexander The Poet...and what I do is, I read romantic poetry...while wearing tight black leather pants... while exposing some very good ole' moderate chesthair...in the shape...of a heart!...And when I read my poetry...I prefer to read it...to the music...of whales humping...It gets me...in the mood!!!"
