I hope this turns around. I'm amazed you have to pay for an account to play a 10-year old game on a private server. I'm also one of those who never played it the first time around and thus don't have an account.

I might be too identifiable from my old account name and I don't think it being an open server is enough deniability. I guess the question is whether I care enough if anyone tried to find me or is $30 is worth spending to be safe. Especially if the server is gone and dead within a few weeks.
