Oh you know it. Codes. And of course I've got one for you to tackle. You can use AI, you can collaborate with other Kiwis, you can fluant your big dumb science degree. Whatever. But, we have to have some rules to make this place fun and community oriented. Lets lay them out.

Rules for posting codes:

1. Your code must contain an actual coherent english scentence written out. Misspellings and red herrings are allowed, but must make up less then 80% of the posted text.

2. Your code must be verbally conveyable to someone in two minutes or less. For example, if I require a photo of the Mona Lisa to overlay a grid which has grid squares that corrolate to letters based on the pigment in that grid, no one can crack that without an exact duplicate version of the Mona Lisa you used. Same would apply to using a candy wrapper's nutrition facts text as a book cipher. The same logic applies to a "one time pad". Yes, this is technically uncrackable with the right precautions, it is also useless beyond a single use.

Sure you can use a book cipher, but to make it fair to crackers the text can't be paywalled online, and has to be a published work.

3. No visual or physical tricks. No holding a printed paper at a certain angle with certain folds to make the ink line up. If your code has some crazy oragami type gimmick to it that requires a physical print of it, that has to be clearly disclosed as a hint.

4. You only get to post a code after making a crack attempt at a posted one. You don't have to get it, but tell of the method attempted for your crack and result.

5. You must proof read and verify your code works and decodes to your exact intended message.

6. Your decoded message should contain at minimum 100 legitimate cohesive characters.

7. Rule edits likely inbound as feedback pours in

Alright, take a crack at it fellow autismos.

I'm pretty surprised the thread is off to a slow start to be honest. Lots of people here seem to enjoy puzzles and hyperfixating on getting answers. Maybe the rule for posting a code requires an attempted crack needs to go?

The forum is in its afternoon, and this is more of dawn-to-lunch type activity.

Maybe try posting this in Internet and Technology as a game for people to play.
