The only “good rapist” is a dead rapist. To the court systems, a dead rapist is a bigger tragedy than a dead rape victim. Every single judge enables violent Moids to go out and reoffend on a regular basis, which forces women to deal with the consequences.

If I had to take a guess why is the difference this vast when law should be the same for all, an abusive husband being killed more likely comes off as a ''planned act'' (like a knife taken from a kitchen drawer and used in an other room, ''I did not see an other way out and when he came closer...'', whereas abused wife being killed is a ''crime of passion'' (''Honestly, I don't know what possessed me, I was drunk, you know, I blacked out and when I came to my senses, she was lying in a pool of blood and there was blood of my hands, I will regret it for the rest of my life...'')
Edit, to make myself clear, I do not say this system is any right, and I do not believe the abuser actually wasn't in control, because they are always perfectly in control before police.

The more vicarious/consoomer/escapist a moid's main hobbies are, the more childish they tend to be. Video games don't actually provide a useful mental/physical challenge or skill unless you count pushing buttons on a controller as a "skill". Compare someone who actually likes guns and goes to the range or hunts or whatever to some fatass who likes playing shooter games. There's nothing wrong with playing in moderation but too many people (men) use them as a substitute for doing things that require real effort and positive growth to be good at.

Gonna bring up this article again about a Texas attorney only getting 180 days in jail after trying to poison his wife with mifepristone and induce a miscarriage. Had she taken the pills on her own, it'd be murder and 99 years in prison. Same state wants women not to drive on federal roads out of state so they can't seek abortions in states where they are legal.

The argument goes that it's better to "let them die naturally," as if seeing your newborn suffocating isn't traumatic as hell. It's a humiliation ritual for the woman as she expended resources for that doomed pregnancy vs terminating it quick and early.

Men claim they have no problems if their child is born disabled, but you can see in the quirk of their lips and disgust in their eyes that they hate how their child will never walk, never throw a football, laugh or blow bubbles, or clutch a favourite stuffed animal. It's a reminder their seed is poisoned, and that's why they prefer to blame it on the woman instead.
 
Do you ever watch a show and think "Moids hands wrote this show"? I have that thought every time I watch the Impractical Jokers. I hate the impractical jokers so fucking much. I hate Brian. I hate Joe. I hate Sal. I hate Murr. I hate the way they talk to each other. The only way someone could find it funny is if they treat women like shit. Every time they have to do something around women or children it always devolves into sexual harassment or borderline pedophilia. "Oh what's that? Joe just kissed a random stranger? Do it again!!! The fact you can't kill your rapist when plenty of times the rapist will kill the woman when he's done with her is insane. You don't know if he plans to kill you when he's done, so you might as well beat him to it. Why is a rapist moid's life more valuable than a woman's? Yeah, most Anime that have an all female casts. You can tell that no man that interacts with women regulary ever touched those scripts.

On that note can we talk how adult men insert themselves into shows that were meant for little girls and completly overun the fandom spaces? Like My Little Pony or Pretty Cure? Honestly guys have no right to cry about women entering male hobbies, when male otakus ruined the moe genre.

I've spent a lot of time musing about this in the thread dedicated to discussing the nature of anime degeneracy, but tl;dr it all boils down to men's uncontrolled sexual libido and bug-like mentality to hump anything they find pretty.

Men get upset when women stereotype them as nothing more than shallow, sex-obsessed freaks, but aren't they the ones who made jerking off to cartoon ponies and middle school girls a serious cultural phenomenon? Even the moe genre is the result of japanese men finding shoujo aesthetics hot and stealing their cute designs for their porn to sexualise the image of an endearing, naive young girl.

Catholic schools and yeshivas in the US love corporal punishment to the extent permitted by law. Evangelical parochial schools mostly leave it to the parents. It's a total no-go at public schools and secular private schools.

There's some games you can't pause like WoW but if your boy knows he has chores to do or he's about to be called to dinner he shouldn't be on raid with the WoW guild. If you're in a situation like that you choose to play a game you can pause, e.g. you can pause The Binding of Isaac at any time. (Most 1 player games can be paused whenever you want without penalty.)

Anyway... how is your mother's day going? Mine's been pretty shit.

It's nerves. UTI's don't make you stay in your room with the blinds down, barely eat and not shower for 2 days. But she's always kept a bottle of Gino-Canesfresh in the bathroom and always uses it after being with him.

1) I feel sad to see your post getting negrated for this; you're accurately pointing out a problem, not saying it's cool that the problem exists
2) Time to sperg about "crimes of passion" as a Shitty Male Enabling Tool

The whole idea of a "crime of passion" is that the perpetrator did something unconscionable under a strong impulse of anger or jealousy. The people who commit these crimes are disproportionately men - the rational sex, amirite? - though there are notable female cases such as Lorena Bobbitt (based), Lisa Nowak (embarrassing), and Clara Suarez (not what I would've done but this is the MHT). Keep in mind that I'm only speaking about the US right now because that's what I know about.

First, I'm going to assume for the sake of argument that a normally prosocial, upstanding person can plausibly just lose their shit and murder a loved one in light of them cheating/breaking up/etc. (I don't believe that, but I'm pretending for the sake of argument.) That puts the person's character and future behavior into question, especially if they show a lack of remorse or think the "inciting event" justified a sudden fit of violence. If someone gives into violent impulses suddenly (especially when most people handle infidelity or a contentious breakup without raising a hand to anyone), that should be a flag that they are more likely to do it again if enabled. This is not something that a functioning society should incentivize by saying "you were in your feels, so you get less prison time." And remember, the people that are more likely to perpetrate such a crime and use such a defense are men.

Second, everyone in this thread is smart enough to know that "good, zero-skeletons-in-the-closet person just suddenly murders his wife" is a contradiction in terms. One of these things is true 99.9 out of 100 times:
  1. The perpetrator actually had a history of intimidating, unhinged behavior - possibly known to law enforcement, but more likely known only by his female partner, because he only gave himself permission to hurt someone who could neither fight back nor find someone to believe her
  2. The perpetrator had believed this would be an acceptable response to cheating/infidelity for a while, though he perhaps hadn't said it out loud; it was more "premeditated" than his defense suggests
  3. In the rare case that neither of those things are true, the perpetrator needs to be institutionalized for reasons outlined in the "for the sake of argument" paragraph

"Crime of passion" is neither a good set of incentives nor is it accurate to its connotation. I can only speculate about whether it was good "in theory" at some point (read: in the imaginations of male legislators), or was made specifically to sympathize with men who Just Had To Snap when their property didn't want to belong to them anymore.
