I’ll be Captain Obvious say there was deeper issues with this relationship, yadda yadda. But at the same time, bro it’s just a grater. It’s nice having freshly grated cheese instead of wasting money on shitty dry pre-shredded cheese , And it’s not like washing dishes is this Sisyphean effort. You wash out the cheese that’s stuck between the two parts and throw it in dishwasher to do the rest. :stress: Also ironic that an “ally” is the one that is seeing red with seething hatred over something that insignificant.
I think the bigger point of the story was that the moid in question cherry picked parts of the relationship to illustrate what an exceptional scrote he was. But when told the full story, he was actually quite abusive. Which is how most moids are: two-faced. They will have an impeccable public image, but be absolute terrors behind the scenes.

This all reminds me of that reddit story, however true it was, about a man being offended that his wife had a hidden to-go bag and cash "just in case". IIRC he claimed he never mistreated her in any way but I call total bullshit. Most normal women do not have a to-go bag and hidden cash "just in case" unless the "just in case" was some sort of natural disaster or civil unrest, not your husband turning violent. There had to have been some sort of sign and even if not physical abuse, there's a possibility he was just a lazy manchild and she didn't want the drama of packing and trying to withdraw money while he promised to do the dishes once a week.

I no longer date but the idea of not having my own separate funds and place to live sounds like hell. No matter how much I like someone, I'd never want to be reliant on them for food and shelter when they can so easily take it away or hold it over me to use as a bargaining chip. Men love arguing that you owe them for being providers but all they're providing is a headache.

I have a small countertop dishwasher that cost a couple hundred bucks. The most strenuous thing is filling it with water. Even if you don't have one, washing dishes is mindless enough that illegal immigrants can do it while high on cocaine. What's his problem?

I recall that story, his reaction to finding that bag can be safely assumed to be a reason such bag could be needed.
People in areas endangered by floods are recommended to have a survival kit ready, so are people in the closest perimeters around nuclear power plants (all the time). There's no reason to empty that bag after moving somewhere safer (save for the scrote in there), because one can get stranded outside in cold, when one flat in an appartment block catches on fire etc.
As for myself, in my car I have a hiking backpack with some useful old stuff I'm not gonna mourn much, if someone breaks in and takes it. Like, things that I've replaced with better clothes and gear for normal use so they'd take place in the wardrobe, but too good to go in trash. Some items already saved my or someone else's ass several times, when I forgot something (like a sleeping bag, even).
Imagine being with someone who'd get mad about that.

While on one hand, I’m glad we won’t catch any targeted smoke (well, maybe) if any more troons get angry over the Stinkditch boards, I do miss when it was women and primarily well behaved men in the threads. Now it’s just moids proclaiming pooners are as bad as or even worse than TiMs (violent and narcissistic on a systematic level) for being unfuckable women.

Yes that certain retard who insists that no girl ever had pooned out, because she was sexually abused or sexualized by grown men. What a strange hill to die on. I'm not here that long and already saw the exactly same discussion many times. Too bad he isn't disruptive enough for a banhammer.

If it's who im thinking he's been at it for years, it's an obsession

Christian men are cancelling Allie Beth Stucky, Christian author and commentator, for saying porn is destructive.

They cannot be helped.
Again, an opinion that it would be okay if a man said it. Literally just punishing her for being an outspoken woman. Men have loyalty to other men first, regardless of race, belief, politics, sexuality...

I'm sorry, but am I the only one who feels like utilizing brightly colored game cards in an effort to get a full grown man to participate in the maintenance of his own home some sick pantomime of teaching a small child how to do basic tasks??? Does no one else see how humiliating this is for a fully grown woman??

Or do we just not care? Like humiliation and degradation is just a feature of women's lives??
I've always had secondhand embarrassment about these weird relationship playing cards. Maybe it's because I play a lot of card games myself (MTG, traditional card games like Poker, Texas Hold 'Em, ERS, etc., tarot and tarocchia), but these "Conversation Starter" type cards just give me the ick. They seem like a very immature and tactile way to approach issues in a relationship, much like the way you mentioned about how they seem to be used to teaching a small child.

I have a friend who is married to a man who swears by these types of card decks because they're "designed" to "help" you get to know the people in your life. I attended a talk for work where the speaker, a businesswoman entrepreneur, also mentioned using cards like these in her marriage, her friendships, with her children...it all felt very weird and just silly. They're also the same demographic of woman talking up these kinds of cards. I think that says something to what their marketability is supposed to be: nostalgic, retro, hands-on therapy approach but in a soft, accessible, "fun" way. Also very based in cons00ming: "ooooh you can buy a fun new accessory for a better relationship!!"

I can understand how using therapeutic tools might help people, but the very existence of cards like these speaks to a deeply cultural insecurity we have developed over the past few decades. Using cards like this really does feel like play therapy to me. *shuffles deck* "Okay, I tap four manna to ask you what the hell your problem is. Once you enter the battlefield, my 1/1 counters make it so that you take two damage each time you try to gaslight me."

washing dishes is mindless enough that illegal immigrants can do it while high on cocaine.
And have FUN while doing it!!! That's why the back of every industrial kitchen in America sounds like THIS:
People are dancing, laughing, snorting lines off of a meat cleaver...surfaces are being wiped down, dishes are being cleaned, sauce bottles are being refilled...front of house is putting the stools on the bar and vacuuming and the Spanish announcer is louder than that, sitting in a metal mixing bowl being used as a speaker...it's closing time on a Saturday night somewhere in my mind 🫶...

What's his problem?
He's not an immigrant skiing the slopes!

Exactly. PLing, but as a child of the 90s, I don't remember needing to use cards to build social skills. They just...kind of threw you in and you learned as you went along.

They're also the same demographic of woman talking up these kinds of cards.

Which one, in your experience? I want to see something.

Same, but I remember observing things like the Gifted & Talented programs at school, which used play-therapy type toys and tools like cards. They were definitely NOT conversational cards, but they were more like kid versions of Rorschach tests.

Which one, in your experience? I want to see something.
Both people who used these cards in my example are well-off white women who come from upper-middle-class backgrounds. Not much of a spoiler, as that's like the primary marketing demographic for products like this.

EDIT: Oh my god they're also Disney adults. By Talos this can't be happening

Seems apt to point out that religious men are the most like to fantasise about same-sex sexual contact.

When Zohran mamdani won the dem primary in NYC, leftist got mad at women (particularly white women) for not voting for him enough.

And I said in previous post, despite more or an equal amount of men supporting him,
when he inevitably makes new york a shittier place women will be entirely blame for it.
It's already happening.
