All are fair game here as long as no one identifies with them in the current day. Imagine making monuments or cities that have managed to survive long enough to make it to the modern age but only exist to make other's money while you and all your people are dead.
If you believe medieval Scottish politisperg schizos, it was believed at the time that the Scottish highlanders were descended from Scythians. They even mention it in the Declaration of Arboath when they are complaining about the English being mean to them.
I think mainstream archaeology does also suggest that the original Welsh/Celt Britons were partly Scythian in origin, or at least shared common ancestry.
But modern-day Britain is probably not what you're looking for, the OG Scythians were way cooler.
