Then there are the types of people who whine about the crackhead's right to choose or whatever, as if someone who's either on crack, or on crack withdrawals and stealing to get more crack ASAP is on the right state of mind to make any choice.

These retards always throw a fit about the rights of worthless losers who contribute nothing, pose a risk to everyone around them, and are actively dragging our society down, but never have any concern for the decent, hardworking people who, y'know, are responsible for keeping our system going, working to earn money and pay taxes, and just want to live their lives without getting mugged on their way to work by some worthless junkie jonesing for a fix, have their child raped by some illegal alien who managed to get into their child's school, or sit in a seat that some homeless asshole pissed themselves in on the train home from work. They always prioritize the rights of worthless people, and have no consideration for the rights of people who actually have value to society.

"No human is worthless!"

I just despise the high-horsing these people do in this topic. I have one relative who is like this and he gets super defensive because one time he ended up in the hospital for a heroin OD. That experience lead to him being completely dry of any substances going on 15 years now. Meanwhile he had never been unhoused, never failed to pay rent, never has been unemployed. In fact he's a really worthwhile person you can count on. But because he made some bad choices in his youth, and made friends with some of them, he identifies with these scumbags and takes it personally when you suggest society should hassle them.

The whole "Every life has value! No one is worthless!" hippie-dippy shit pisses me off. It is absolutely feels before reals bullshit and objectively false. You've got families where there are four or five generations where no one has held down a job and every single one of them has been on the dole their entire lives, contributing nothing of value to society. Just sucking up taxpayer money, getting fat, and often committing crimes. No desire to better their lives, no desire to stand on their own two feet, just taking up space, wasting oxygen, and making us deplete our resources faster. You're telling me those lives have value and worth? Or the homeless schizo harassing people on the bus and taking a shit on the sidewalk? A life only has value and worth if the person creates that value and worth by contributing to society. By being a net positive to the world around them. Not by being a walking black hole that only sucks up whatever they can without giving anything back.

I know there's "entry level" type positions on fishing boats where you just need to be physically up to the job to be hired and they'll have you out on the water winching up crab traps in no time. You get to live on the boat and it's easy enough to save your pay since you know... you're on a boat.

That's my backup plan if my life goes sideways, head up to Alaska and work at a cannery or something and become a chain-smoking recluse.
Go be a long shore man in the PNW. Huge ports. When I visit there its a grueling job but the locals glaze it and nobody wants to do it. Huge money apparently. Alaska is suicide.

I've got two homeless meth-heads that hang around my hometown, doing nothing but bothering people and stealing. The man (who never wears a shirt. in the winter he wears a leather biker jacket that is too small for him to zip up) and the woman (who is always yelling at the man) make their money by selling scrap iron and using a (stolen) chain-saw to clear brush for people.

They live of the charity of people too good natured to refuse to help and it bothers me quite a bit, because they come to my store and spend their food stamps and their welfare checks on the 1st and 3rd of every month and they get a lot more than a lot of people who deserve it more.

They ride bicycles around (probably stolen also) so everyone calls them "the bicycle people". the other night they came in and the woman had pissed all over herself, but she was so high she didn't know. They're living down in a tent by the river with their trash. Feds bought up so much property after the great flood of '22 that they have plenty of land now that they can't be trespassed off of. the scum.

I have no sympathy for the cracked out homeless here in my city because when I was working in a shop a few years ago, a homeless man came in pestering our customers. I told him to leave, and it proceeded to start a verbal altercation. This group of 5-6 people went out and stood outside the shop windows (small bakery so they were blocking the door.) and I was still arguing with the man. I come around the counter because he is trying to get behind us to the back kitchen and he spits in my face.

I was told by the customers once he left that I shouldnt have provoked him and shouldve given him a water because he was homeless. No. He was on drugs, and he spit in my face and on our door. I clocked out and went to the doctor because what the actual fuck. It's the fact that these people will defend these subhuman street urchins is what gets me. He assaulted me because I was enforcing policy and yet I was wrong?

I fucking hate Philadelphia and the retarded sympathy for the drug addicted homeless this city produces and refuses to do nothing about. A homeless man raped a woman on the subway and people still jumped to find excuses. Then the city wonders why no one wants to take SEPTA anymore if they can afford not to.

the people who enabled this shit are getting less and less isolated from it
My goo-(360p24).mp4

It's that isolation that allows these luxury beliefs. Sure, they might have some homeless junkie bother them for money downtown, or they might hire some illegal to mow their lawn, but at the end of the day the illegal will leave their gated community and their home is safely away from public transit and too far to walk for the homeless to come shit on their front porch, so they can safely keep those luxury beliefs of allowing an endless flood of unskilled third-worlders to cross the border with no vetting because "They're just looking for a better life!" and we have to provide infinite gibs for everyone.

Until now, that is, because now those street bums are getting themselves bikes and scooters to increase their hunting grounds, some of them electric, and now we have literally tens of millions of illegal aliens in the country, committing crime, taking over apartment complexes by force, trafficking people, and causing car accidents without any insurance. It's getting harder and harder for them to remain safely isolated from the consequences of their luxury beliefs and voting habits.

And they're learning that universalism is bullshit. A lie. That despite what we've been told since the end of WWII, you actually can't just pluck anyone from anywhere in the world, drop them into America, and they'll assimilate and be successful. Not every culture is compatible with American culture, and some cultures are inferior to others. It's going to be a long hard lesson to learn, and some boomers will stubbornly cling onto their huggy-feely programming to the bitter end, but as they eventually die off the rest of us will come away with the understanding that we need to be far more protectionist with our culture and our immigration policies, that we can't just fling the doors to our nation wide open to the endless brown flood and hope to come away with our culture and economy in tact, just because we're afraid of being called "racist" or "xenophobic". And that a civilized country can't just allow the zombie horde of homeless to shamble around unchecked in our communities, spreading diseases, and harassing decent people.

Shame I'm several thousand miles away from you.
I'd be sitting in jail with battery charges for beating the busy body leftards with jumper cables.
I'm proud of you. We need more people like you, people brave enough to stand their ground no matter the cost.
Shiloh, that cinnabon woman; regular White people with a brain and at least an ounce of pride are done with groveling before scum.
The enablers need to be dealt with first. They must feel the wrath, the hate, the burning desire to see them writhe in pain as their pets are stuffed into ICE vans. I'm beyond sick and tired of playing by their rules. My personal comfort be damned, if I must suffer to build a future for my children then so be it.
We built this, we own this and we must fight so our descendants can be proud of us.
May the Lord be with you.

Bleeding hearts like these, the moment they utter this bullshit, should automatically be forced to house a homeless person on their dime for a period of no less than 72 hours. And if that doesn't work, add a stipulation that states that the homeless person can't be charged for any offense committed during their stay, either in criminal court or civil court.

This guy isn't homeless, but.....

There's a man I have seen many times, the same guy...who constantly stands outside for hours holding up a sign that says he has four kids and he wants money.
Pretty hard to manage both a fent addiction and gainful employment I guess.

On one hand he is selling things for money, but at the same time....man, if you can stand around all day without having your kids with you, then you can work a job and actually earn the money instead of waiting for some kind person to buy your flowers.

lol, "unhoused"

A fucker in an apartment, shed or garage is "unhoused". It's such a bad term and I fucking hate the euphemisn treadmill. Bad shit is bad shit no matter what you call it. No need to invent new words. Get that social justice stink out of your vocabulary.

Lol dude, I can go on for ages how ridiculous "unhoused" is compared to homeless. It's not a slur so why is it being treated like one?

I did type that with tongue in cheek as it is a term said relative uses. Not that anyone would have any way of knowing that's what's behind my use of the term. I assure you I loathe it.

Right? Though stupid and futile, I get how idiot, moron, retarded, learning disabled, people with different learning abilities, and so on, evolved. Nobody should really want to be a tard. So we change the term until the next one becomes an epithet and then do it again. But homeless/houseless is so damn similar that I don't see how the later in anyway dodges the unfortunate connotations and associations even for a moment.
I always thought "houseless" sounded like something an ESL speaker would say.

Homeless. Home. Less. Meaning a person without a home. I don't see why it needs to be changed, lol.

It's more politically correct fuckery of our language in an attempt to control thought and discourse. They take words that are clear, concise, and unambiguous, say they're no longer appropriate to use because they are "cruel, bigoted, and carry stigmatized connotations" and change them with flowery, vague, complex language that doesn't really mean anything. Like there's nothing wrong with words like "handicapped" or "crippled". They are straight and to the point. Maybe you'll put "mentally" or "physically" before term to be more accurate. But now the woketards say that kind of language is wrong and you're supposed to say "person with a disability". Well, OK. What kind of disability? Are they in a wheelchair, or are they just autistic? What should I expect when that person gets here? If they had just said "they're physically handicapped" then instantly I'll know they have a good chance of having difficulty moving around, because it's language that is clear and to the point. They've been doing this shit for decades to confuse and exhaust everyone.
