The strategy is to have all eyes trained on another state, which coincidentally North Carolina also is scheduled to have their counting done by the 12th, and then finish up their blitzkrieg counting of another ballot dump at 4:00 am on Nov. 11 with no oversight.

It also eats up about a week that could have been spent on court challenges. After all you can't challenge the count when they refuse to finish it.
