Democrats will pretty much always win the popular vote just because of the sheer concentration of blue voters in California.

In terms of racism. Trump is racist indeed. This is of course not much of a secret. But his policies towards blacks are relatively benign I find. Do I even tell you about Joe's past? if you don't know then hop on google... oh boy
