I wouldn't even be surprised that a large reason why Trump won is due to these guys. I imagine most sane members of the LGBT crowd were horrified by the Orlando shooting, and wanted safety measures, prevensions...Let's say that shooting sorta dropped the scales off their eyes. They wanted reassurance, comfort....And yet, Obama and Hillary, who were seen as championing for their rights all this time, suddenly turned around and excused the murderer and patronized innocent people for rightfully feeling fear about being next...

I think that you are overanalyzing op-eds on sites like Breitbart. Pulse did not affect the voting patterns or political alliances of the gay community. Only 14% of LGBT Americans voted Trump. In 2012, it was 22% for Romney. The left gained under Clinton.

The biggest problem is the far-left's claim that EVERY Muslim is a good, upstanding citizen. That's not true.
Though many of us ARE good people, there's a major problem with terrorists and people with extremely-conservative beliefs. Unless these splinter beliefs get weeded out we'll have to expect more incidents.

However, one of my coworkers, who is what he calls a "Moderate Muslim" was being very ambivalent about the Manchester attack. He was upset about the loss of young lives, however he also was pretty much blaming them for going to the show. He was going off about the propriety of teen girls going to see a scantily clad woman performer sing and dance onstage, and how it was wrong for the female body to be put on display. Now, this person is not what I would consider an ultra-conservative muslim, mostly because of all of his statements/actions. However, if a "moderate muslim" thinks this way, how many conservative ones do?

That's basic Islamist apologetics. Islamic terrorists are following their holy book, step by step. They're more Muslim by killing the dirty kuffar and committing their jihad than any of these other 1.6 billion "muslims" are. Saying that terrorists "aren't muslim" is as pernicious as the behaviors of the subjects of this thread, if it isn't already the crux of this matter. Until the other 1.6 billion "muslims" are willing to take responsibility for the bullshit that arises from their book (which hasn't been revised in 1200 years) this cycle will perpetuate. Imam Tawhidi talks about stuff exactly like this when he is pushing for Islamic reform to significant risk to himself. I recommend looking into Imam Tawhidi and his views on reforming Islam if you want a better informed opinion.

Tawhidi is so confident in his views and experience that he has placed the wager that if anyone can debate him about Islam and prove him wrong, he will step down as an Imam. Nobody as of yet has taken him up on the offer, because they know they will lose the debate. Imam Tawhidi has single handedly restored my faith in the idea that Islam can be reformed, so I highly advise anyone interested in the matter to look into his work.

Chances are he isn't actually moderate if he's making such a big deal about what women wear. Most females in my immediate family don't even wear Hijab or even stress so much over it.

I don't think Islam should reform as the religion states that any "innovation" to the religion is blasphemy.
However what I DO support are people focusing on what matters most, like the 5 pillars and being a good, charitable person.

Now see, all of my male Muslim coworkers will make some sort of comment about a female wearing "too little" (as in a tank top or midriff shirt). I'm pretty much used to that. But when the Manchester bombing happened one of them was pretty much victim blaming the young people that were involved. That's what disturbed me.
I've also witnessed a son of my female muslim coworker verbally abuse her and get away with it. When I asked her why she didn't knock him out until next Wednesday she stated that only his father could discipline him, since she was a woman. This is a very prevalent school of thought that I've seen in the states from first generation Muslim immigrants, so I'm not sure if it's the same in other regions.

I understand your point and I'm not denying that there are Muslims who do these horrible things, but here's my rebuttal since there's plenty of us who are also discouraging or not even doing such actions:
1. Child rape happens in the poorest of Middle Eastern nation and is also a byproduct of Arab tribalism.
2. Exploding innocents is actually forbidden. We're only supposed to fight NonMuslims if they instigate the situation and/or break a treaty.
3. Genital mutilation: see 1
4. Mass Murder: see 2
5. Keeping a dog as a pet is only forbidden by Salafi jurists. I've owned dogs and know plenty of Muslim folks like me who own them too, we just aren't allowed to keep them indoors.
6. Women where I come from especially have the right to wear whatever they want, whether Hijab or even jeans and a tanktop. The Hijab has existed since even in Pre-Islamic Arabia.
7. Pouring acid on women's faces happens only in Pakistan/South Asia and nowhere else in the world.

Thousands and thousands of people dying every single year because of some death cult sect is not manufactured. The numerous (By no means a majority but still fairly large) numbers of Muslims prepared to justify mass murder is not manufactured.

What is manufactured is this misguided belief that if we roll over and let people walk over us, that eventually the bombings will stop. They will not stop until we kill every single extremist and cut out the cancer in modern Islam, or until the Caliphate's flag flies over all of Europe's capitals and all the rights that millions bled for will be lost.

I wouldn't worry too much about a Caliphate. Fact is, these Islamist all see the opposing Islamist groups as not true Muslims. In a century times, I could see Islam imploding on itself and going the way of European Pagan religions.

With that said, radical Islam does pose a major threat to the free world in the sense that it leaves a vacuum for a despotic, secular ideology to sweep in rule that region with an iron fist. All that would be needed to is a scape goat, most likely the Kurds, to place all of that region's problems on, and you have a threat that could realize that it deserves more power than just the Middle East region.

Immigration usually occurs when less fortunate people look for new job opportunities in a better land.
