The whole Nofap movement is a mixed bag.

You have normal guys that see women like any other people, but realize their cooming habits have become a crutch that affects their careers, hobbies, or relationships.

Then you have misogynistic guys that are usually teenagers or seething manlets/self-proclaimed alphas that have been wronged/rejected by a woman/women and now take it out wherever they can.

Some guys focus on neuroscience that have looked into the subject. Gary Wilson who wrote YBOP, Andrew Huberman, etc.

And then finally the semen retention crowd, which varies from athletes that idealize the methods of Mike Tyson, Mohammad Ali, etc. - projecting their pent up sexual ‘energy’ into training. All the way over to the extreme; vegan, self-righteous Buddhist-teachings schizoids who think semen is a magical juice, when in reality it’s all about neurochemicals, hormones and sheer willpower.
 
Nofap is basically just veganism for xcucks. They can use any argument they want in public, but it's obvious that what really drives them is the belief that "GAWD WILL REWARD ME WITH IRL MINGE TO FILL IF I ONLY KEEP MYSELF FROM BUSSING TO E-GIRLS!" Same with vegans, who will do the whole enviromental song and dance, along with cherrypicked medical claims, but the main reason people become vegan is because they saw Bambi, or some other jew shit that assigns humanity to animals, one time and felt bad for the cartoon of an animal that would trample them for fun irl (or, to be fair, like the RW version of them, the carnivore larpers who do some bullshit redpill larping as a wild predator, while ignoring the fact that wild predators actually kill their prey and don't buy it already dead, in a store).
At some point, there is just no escaping the cuckholdry.
 
I just read this thread, and it was honestly so bad that it was good. Other than the first couple of pages, I didn't see any lolcow-based discussion of NoFap/Semen Retention communities, but the autistic power leveling was funny enough to make this an entertaining read.
 
Time to revive this thread ONCE AGAIN. SR gem-mine I've found is from this nigga named "Semen Retention Club" who autistically watches old media and clips any vague reference to abstinence or SR's power. Pretty dedicated grind.
