We just need to put up with endless amounts of leaker faggots for the next year.At least they aren't trying to hide it.
I imagine there'll be stuff like Hi-Fi Rush there, but Metroid Prime 4 is all but confirmed to be a Switch 2 launch title at this point. The fact it restarted development just screams "we're using new hardware".Nobody talking about next month's Direct? This will most likely be the last general Direct for the Switch. I actually want them to not say anything about Metroid Prime 4, just for the salt/lulz it would generate
So Metroid Prime 4 is the new Duke Nukem Forever? The fact it restarted development just screams "we're using new hardware".
That, but also more like Nintendo's own Too Human or Alien Colonel MarinesSo Metroid Prime 4 is the new Duke Nukem Forever?
Why should we? Most of the recent ones barely had anything noteworthy in themNobody talking about next month's Direct? This will most likely be the last general Direct for the Switch. I actually want them to not say anything about Metroid Prime 4, just for the salt/lulz it would generate
We already have a Pokémon lined up, so that announcement is done. Other than that, I got no clue what could be there. Typically speaking, Kirby and Pokémon usually pad out the end, along with some Mario spinoff.Nobody talking about next month's Direct? This will most likely be the last general Direct for the Switch. they have reportedly been sitting on ports of Zelda Wind Waker HD and Twilight Princess HD. Maybe this is the time they'll finally bring them outWe already have a Pokémon lined up, so that announcement is done. Other than that, I got no clue what could be there. Best guess, we get another Mario sport (please baseball) to round out the end. It is either that or Party.
I could also see a new IP to finish off since 3DS had new IPs drop nearing its end (Ever Oasis).
Nothing ground-breaking will come out, but it will be a decent parting ways.
Hopefully, would be nice to have all the Zelda games under one roof. They also haven't made a 2D Zelda since 2019, so they could try a small scale game, even if it is another remake like Link To The Past or Between Worlds.they have reportedly been sitting on ports of Zelda Wind Waker HD and Twilight Princess HD. Didn't we already get that for the Wii U?Zelda Wind Waker HD
You mean one of the worst selling consoles that most people didn't play?Didn't we already get that for the Wii U?
This is the "E3 equivelent" direct and they're making it sound like it will lay out the second half of the year as normal, so it should have, I hope, Metroid. Thats all we really have left to look forward to. But its not really worth discussing until it actually gets shown. Why should we? Most of the recent ones barely had anything noteworthy in them
No because the press will relate it instead of crucifying it.So Metroid Prime 4 is the new Duke Nukem Forever?

I also have that game for the Wii U that's besides the pointNo because the press will relate it instead of crucifying it.
Ironically, one of the six or so games I own for my WiiU.
Yes, I agree. Most people want it because they didn't bother with a WiiU and it sold like shit. Also, Nintendo coomers can't seem to stop buying Zelda games over and over. (Says the guy who owns two copies of Breath of the Wild but one has the DLC on cart!)I also have that game for the Wii U that's besides the point
I think the only Metroid we'll see before the Switch 2 reveal is the other Prime Remasters. There's no reason outside of switching hardware that Nintendo goes out of their way to mention Prime 4 at every opportunity without ever actually showing anything: It's on hardware that as far as Nintendo's marketing is concerned, doesn't exist yet. So you can't put a "Nintendo Switch" logo on the end of the trailer, even if it's just CGI or bullshots, and it would be extremely weird for Nintendo to be like "Here's this game that's coming out, it's not going to be on the Switch, but we can't say what it'll actually be on!"This is the "E3 equivelent" direct and they're making it sound like it will lay out the second half of the year as normal, so it should have, I hope, Metroid. Everyone knows that true Nintendo euphoria comes not from playing games, but from your money flowing into Nintendo's bank account. Also, Nintendo coomers can't seem to stop buying Zelda games over and over.
I always prefer waiting to see what games the Direct actually showcases rather than theorizing its entire lineup everytime.Nobody talking about next month's Direct?
