obviously, but there isn't much to laugh at if the premise was already terrible and it's just some AA shovelware tripeYes, but people will still buy it, anyways
I really enjoy Kirby Star Allies. Its casual fun even by yourself. Its just a little too short. But the puzzle collecting adds replay value.Alright. I won a sealed game lot recently and was thinking I might want to unseal and play one of them.
Are any of the following good and fun to play or are they trash that is fit to only sit on my shelf and accrue value?:
Tales of Symphonia Remastered
Kirby RTD Delux
Pokemon Brilliant Diamond
Triangle Strategy
Super Mega Baseball 4
Kirby Star Allies
Sonic Mania
Sonic Forces
Mario Tennis Aces
Wario Ware: Get It Together
Pokemon Sword (lol this is a double, already have it sealed)
The Smurfs Village
Edit: Oh no, I googled Tales and the port sucked. That was the one I was thinking of most.
Spoiler alert since I'll be writing a review soon enough, but after TotK I didn't play any of those and instead picked a game way out of left field to play. They're still on my list of considerations though. Even the shitty Smurfs game. But I also have current gen of Pokemon that I haven't got yet, the Prime Remaster, Mario RPG remaster, Mario Wonder, the third game from Collection of Mana (which I've been sitting on for literal years), shit's stacking up. Or I could give Captain Toad another go... Or buy a PS5...I really enjoy Kirby Star Allies. Its casual fun even by yourself. Its just a little too short. But the puzzle collecting adds replay value.
I still have to play the new Kirby and the Faggot Land.
My dude, you need to play your games lol. Just like I need to play my copy of Monster Hunter: Rise. Personally am looking forward to getting the prime remaster in the future, for some FPS action.Spoiler alert since I'll be writing a review soon enough, but after TotK I didn't play any of those and instead picked a game way out of left field to play. ...but why?
Probably takes little work to do and works as advertising....but why?
It's a new 2D Mario platformer, what does it need a 15-minute Direct for?
Yeah, but I do want to see the power-ups and new voice this time. I don't really care if it uses the NSMB physics engine (which I suspect it to) as long as it looks neat throughout and tries to do new things....but why?

Curious, but unenthused. Will probably just be 10 minutes of covering the formula while shilling new power-ups and then maybe 5 minutes of anything interesting if we're lucky.
I mean, I guess, but a general Direct would generate more hype and adding in a Wonder segment would involve just as little work- especially if the rest ends up filled out by 3rd party stuff. Would be more interesting as a surprise, too.Probably takes little work to do and works as advertising.
They don't want to hype or shill post-Christmas games until after Christmas. Much better to get people to buy now rather than save for March. The exception, from what I've seen, is games that ended up being announced for fall but then delayed, like Animal Crossing.I mean, I guess, but a general Direct would generate more hype and adding in a Wonder segment would involve just as little work- especially if the rest ends up filled out by 3rd party stuff. Meh, I dunno. Maybe I'm just out of the loop. I've been confused by the game-specific directs since New Horizons was doing them. The only understandable ones were the Pokémon ones (since that's more of a multimedia franchise as opposed to just vidya), as well as the Direct Minis and Partner Showcases (even if the latter seemed more questionable).
"It's-a they, Maria/o!"Maybe they'll announce Mario is voiced by a beautiful black trans woman now.
Please don't put that thought in my head. May not have ever beat super Mario bros or Galaxy, but I grew up with him damn it, he needs to be kept innocent!Maybe they'll announce Mario is voiced by a beautiful black trans woman now.
or worse: Troy Baker.Maybe they'll announce Mario is voiced by a beautiful black trans woman now.
