Yup, they're a toy company at heart. They only need systems powerful enough to run the games they want to make. Getting worked up over Nintendo consoles having weak hardware is like getting worked up over Lego's robotic lines not being sturdy enough for you to build your own car.
I'm not asking Nintendo to make a console with 8K and memetracing features, just that they make something powerful whilst cheap enough to allow their devs to make games that run at more than 30fps in [current year]

Every fandom is insecure and defensive over a product they worship like cults. Sure, they are good at pointing out Sony and Microsoft's huge flaws and their respective fanbase, but when someone makes the same exact comment about Nintendo in the same way as Microsoft and Sony, they'll get pissed upon hours.
