4 new trailers for Strikers in 1 hour.
The game looks fine, but missing content like every new sports title. It will be better than Aces and Super Rush, but Nintendo, for the love of God, just finish a game before releasing. I get Nintentards cannot go 5 secs without next product, but is this really worth it?
...I'm questioning why the fact that Nintendo decided to post 15 second ads for their new game sounds like it bothers you.

They want to sell this thing. They have to advertise it somehow. These are silly and harmless. Why bring up 'Nintendo posts 4 videos for the same game in a single hour' like it's supposed to be a huge deal? Maybe if they were all big ones, but they're not.

Well, they occasionally do this for some of their major games. In fact, they did it today with Live & Live. But with Mario Strikers; something feels kind of weird about posting a few gameplay clips about something that doesn't have an lot of content in it.

I get that it's an sports game and that I don't expect much from it. But I feel that it's missing an lot of stuff that would make it different from being just another entry in the library.

It really doesn’t. I was just reporting that they posted 4 vids today. Two of them are pretty much the same, but they do highlight different things. I just found them and all four said they were posted an hour ago from when I reported.

Just wait for Inazuma Eleven, bro. It'll be better.

Here's the tutorial for the soccer game.

I expect it to be taken down, soon; since it already happened to this guy when he did an preview of Origami King

Still not really feeling it. I saw a video showing off tons of animations, and they all look very nice, but the game just seems kinda lifeless still. Maybe my experience with Aces and Super Rush is clouding my judgement, but the game seems lacking in many areas.

Let's put it like this: If there's no other game mode beyond playing an violent soccer match, we can write it off as an random source of dumb fun that you can have with the family instead of something novel.

It’s kind of funny that I received an email from Nintendo this week telling me that Mario Strikers: Battle League is coming out in the next two weeks, and meanwhile I keep thinking that this game looks like it’s going to be rushed.

Easy there, I'm just lurking to see if there's something interesting. When (if?) Nintendo decides to make an actual console again, I might get it.
The Switch is a Console, though? What about it doesn't make it a console to you?

That isn’t speculation, it’s fact.

Yeah, I think I am going to skip out on this outing. Maybe when it’s complete I will come back, but I am done doing this every time. I got Fire Emblem Warriors Three Hopes to keep me content this summer.

I know.
I don't like the portable aspect of it. I know there's a dock but it's clear that it's technically limited by the fact that it's mainly a portable console.

...just....play it....docked....then.

Yeah, it's hard for be excited for "free updates" when you're paying $60 retail at launch for a game that has the amount of content you'd expect for a $20-$30 game. Imagine if Smash Bros. Ultimate launched at $60 with only the Smash 64 roster of 12 characters, but they promised to periodically add the rest after a substantial period of time. We would probably eventually have as much content as Smash Bros for Wii U if we were lucky, but that'd take an eternity of waiting for Nintendo to drip-feed us the content--let alone getting any of the new characters like K. Rool, Simon, Chrom, or all the DLC picks like Banjo and Sora on top of that.
