Someone with +200-300 posts in the Sony Hate thread (the Culture War thread as well) defending actual cases of censorship and Sony itself doesn't have any room to make a comment such as this

This indicates nothing. Nintendo has always been a strong at launch, strong at death company. The Wii’s last two years had new entries in DKC, Zelda, Rhythm Heaven, Kirby, Mario Sports/Party/Spin-offs, 3D Mario, and Metroid. GC ended with Zelda as well.

Except Xenoblade Chronicles X was subject to censorship and that still has probably the best combat and world exploration in the series, the censorship took nothing away from the gameplay. All the changes were entirely superficial and surface level.

They are by the looks of it wearing clothes that match the styles of XBCX that makes me think Elma might show up in XBC3. Anyway I tangent. I am a connoisseur of big anime titties but even I understand that XBC3 looks more inline with the majority of the Xeno series that and not every girl can be Pyra. She will most likely turn up along side her two bros with her melons intact.

Only people who spend way too much fucking time indoors hot gluing anime figurines will look at an anime cat girl in a god damn mini skirt and think its censorship. No offense meant but I am guessing you have never played a Xeno game before or if you did it was just XBC2.

Nobody's making a big deal over the XB3 protag looking just like SMT4's Flynn. And out of everything I think that's the most egregious offence.

Dude, the pro-censorship crowd pushes people out too. Why the hell is it always on the anti-censorship that are the bad ones but those asking for censorship aren't equally as alienating?

It may be that because of the fighting they alienate everyone have you thought both the pro and anti censorship types do this?

Then again you are a sony fanboy and justify their censorship so whatever.

They seem like pretty low effort remakes, actually. They're just milking the Octopath engine for all it's worth with a bunch of projects, which itself was a low budget game which would've been doable on a Vita or maybe even 3DS.

It's still cool and likely to be the best ways to play the games made with it, but they'll also lose their visual identity. It'd be an insult to Chrono Trigger if they remake it this way too (but I'd probably still get it because it's Chrono).

I can tell, but that doesn't make them less shitty at their core. If I had to suffer through one of the Warrior games it'd definitely be the Zelda skinned ones, admittedly.

I think that balance is a bit skewed towards shit, personally, but I can kinda see the appeal. If they tied the right IP to a Warriors game I'd probably blind myself with bias and enjoy it.

Fuck censorship in general, it's the principle of the matter. Besides, aren't these games rated T? I don't think some anime cleavage is going too far given that rating.

These companies have no problem pushing gay shit into E-rated games like Animal Crossing though, when in reality that's virtually the only exception that should be given blanket censorship.

FFTactics had a ton of talking when it first started, and Triangle Strategy I think is trying to be a spiritual successor to Tactics, so this doesn't shock me at all. The first demo, which started a few chapters beyond where this demo seems to end iirc, had a lot of talking too.

I fully expect this to be a political drama with a lot of talking, which is what people who liked Tactics for the plot probably want.
 
I remember when high dornier tights were considered patrician coom taste. I blame zoomers for ruining everything, as usual.

Well, it's an JRPG, so the exposition is kind of an given. Might be worth pirating if 80% of the game is an cliche of medieval politics; which is an shame, considering how much effort they made with the artstyle.
