I don't know if they are on sale and you can get them on everything. But the console ports of Sky Force Anniversary and Sky Force Reloaded are great. Reloaded is the better of the two. They are the sort of games where you'll be grinding levels and mastering a selection of about 15 maps; but if you like that kind of thing it's a great game to play and it has two-player.

So uh, Nintendo's really going to drip feed one N64 game a month. That's really the best they can do?

I'm happy that I didn't buy into the expansion, especially when the ports are so half assed.

And where the hell is Super Mario RPG and Earthbound? Are they seriously going to leave us hanging there?

At least Super Mario RPG is a Square thing, so they can always be a problem. No idea why Earthbound's not here besides them wanting to sell the SNES Classic.

Around dark elves, watch yourselves
bought trails of cold steel iv, some how it;s $20 cheaper to buy physical than digital on switch, the fuck is up with this
It depends of the game. Some are cheaper to buy digitally, others can be cheaper as cartridges (supermarkets where I live normally sell Switch cartridges -25% off their MSRP). I personally only bother with physicals if the game is rather heavy in size for example, like 10GB or more, in order to save up space on the microSD. Digital is awfully convenient regardless it's the legitimate or the pirate way, so I'd be very hard-pressed to even reach twenty owned cartridges in the long run.

Lol, the Nintendo Seal of Quality really means a lot these days when even Wifu Uncovered makes it through.

Nintendo doesn't really care as long as the game has received an official rating through the respective board (CERO, IARC, PEGI, ESRB, etc), an approach that I honestly prefer over the current SIE's "this anime-looking game is somehow hurting our californian sensibilities (even if it stays exclusive in Japan)" or whatever false pretense to care about game quality.

Not debating about the obvious dubious quality of Waifu Uncovered though

It's a game taken from newgrounds and they plastered memes over it.

Also Nintendo canceled Super Seducer even after it was rated. Because people are still looking for the cartridge that never made it to stores. The developer wanted to do an auction but apparently the physical copies are MIA. So that's going to be a fun youtube video when some rando finds the lost switch cartridges of am eastern european piece of shovelware.

How are the Bloodrayne remasters? I've seen mixes reception on the first game. Never played them before though. Any good?
Good if you liked Bloodrayne. I liked Bloodrayne and they were good.

Otherwise pass and get Jedi Academy if you want to play old games.

All those ecchi and erogi games on that list, it's no wonder Japan dropped Sony.

Switch domination of Japan continues. Nobody tell Marissa Moira.
Too bad that hasn't lead to good games.

Fuck they're not even making a second mario game and are just now tinkling out old n64 games that you don't even own as a big announcement.

This is why I don't buy into the Japanese superiority argument because they're just as retarded as the western market. You're at that point debating what flavors of mental retardation you want from Baskin Robins.

One of my favorite things about game collecting is how retarded shit like an FMV game that teaches you how to be a pickup artist can possibly become the crown jewel of your game collection, because rarity's all that really matters

Yeah that's pretty much true to an extent.

However another thing that leads to a game becoming rare are people watching a youtube video and then going out and buying up hundreds of copies of it because it was featured as a form of speculation. It's why when Ready Player One came out you had people buying Atari games up because they were featured. It didn't pan out in that instance because the audience wasn't there.
