> People discussing good NES and SNES games to play in current day.
> Not a single mention of Kirby’s Adventure or Super Star

You all are really missing the good ones
Can't believe you faggots didn't mention THIS

Oh and castlevania too. Those are part of the handful of nes titles that hasn't aged like dogshit.

Seriously nes stuff should be free, nobody's paying for games that that should be 50 cents or less. Hell i think that should be for snes titles if anything. At least alot of the stuff on the snes has aged decently well. Especially with emulation making them a piece of cake to play through for the more difficult snes titles.
"Yeah but I wanna play it on my TV with my Nintendo controller!"
As for those people, i have one word;8bitdo.
I'm telling you lads, Nintendo is going to announce Mischief Makers 2 and a new Alex Kidd and GTA VI will be outsold 20:1. 2026, total Nintendo victory
Fuck yall! WE GON GET A NEW STARTROPICS TITLE AND YOU VILL LIKE IT!

can't wait to see all the niggercattle cope about how it's Good, Actually that they're paying $80 for a shitty UEslop remake of a shitty remake of a decent remake of a decent game that no modern Nintendo fan has actually played

These are legit good controllers. They work great on Windows and Linux too. Steam's seamless with them. Good shit.
Been considering getting their pro 2 controllers since it's one of the best in the market if you want to play most 2D titles. Especially as it has a good D-pad. The sega saturn controller they make too is great i hear.

Well that was something. On one hand, Koizumi has had a relatively great track record and is the one person at Nintendo to continually undermine Miyamoto’s retarded no story mentality, so we may actually get a cinematic Star Fox for once. On the other hand, wtf are these designs. Screw the no furry comments, at least make them look nice like the Galaxy Movie or Smash.

As for the 64 complaints, it is the most baseline Star Fox in a series that needs a reboot given the IPs messy history, yet can never get a successful reboot. Zero should have been the reboot, but Miyamoto got too gung-ho with motion controls. Maybe Koizumi can finally fix shit, but he def shot himself in the foot with these visuals.

I think Nintendo needs to stop the weird throwback trend. Their “new” designs have really been off-putting for both Donkey Kong and Star Fox, even a little Mario. These brands were updated for a reason and became way more iconic as such.

Miyamoto says they aren't making a new f-zero game because they ran out of ideas but then releases the 5th remake in the last 20 years of the same shitty game.
Did 2 and assault/command rape miyamoto's mom or something?
Yeah….

F-ZERO has the problem that no one at Nintendo knows how to make it. Original teams got dissolved, and SEGA, who they pawned it off to doesn’t seem interested either. They tried to get a 3rd party for it during the Wii U with Criterion, but it came in the middle of the development for a Burnout game and never materialized. F-ZERO is going to be stuck in a similar limbo to Metroid until it finds its Mercury Steam willing to play with it. Realistically, they should have just grabbed the Fast RMX people.

Can we talk about the face rig shit? I'm honestly baffled at that. You can make any character soy out.

Complete look at the Star Fox Team in the new photorealistic art style:

I'm not totally sold on Nintendo going full "RE Engine" with these designs, particularly where their anatomy is concerned, but I'll say that I really like the high level of detail on their outfits. It's probably the most detailed their flight jackets and pilot gear have ever looked.

Also, there are some insanely small artistic details that they added that I appreciate, like how Falco's blaster is holstered in a way that implies he's a cross draw, and how James McCloud in the trailer--in lieu of having the "scouter" headset that the other characters have--has holographic HUD appearing from within the inside of the lens of his aviator glasses.

Cool stuff, all things considered.

Nintendo has been pissing me off lately like nothing else. The Thousand Year Troon, the frankly ridiculous price of the Switch 2 and it's games, the lacking line up of said Switch 2....but when I heard rumors about a new Star Fox game, I got thinking about all of the ways they could evolve the on-rails gameplay. Maybe they'll bring back Miyu or Krystal! .... only for it to literally be 64 again, and the characters looking worse on top of that....I think this is it. The event horizon. The point of no return. The point where I realize that the Nintendo I grew up with....the Nintendo I loved.....is gone. And it's never coming back. Truly one of the darkest blackpills.
When the nusoi discovers his bing bing wahoos is NOT wholesome.

Honestly I am surprised they even went ahead and made this anyways, I thought they had led this franchise to go out to pasture and die. I guess this is just death in a different way. Inb4 they make a SF assault remake via a third party company.

Ue5 horseshit, calling it.
