To be less of a "haha buttsex" response, I wonder if the dude is wiping correctly. I remember hearing about "leaky buttholes (now that I try to remember I think the term used was anal leakage)" as a side effect of some medicines in a Jeff Foxworthy skit back in the early aughts and Ive always wondered if that could have been something that affected it. I know I remember reading how women can get UTIs from not wiping the right way,

Unlike chris-chan, i find it hard derive any humor from Nik's dirty crapped gaming chair. It's the difference from the kid who ate out of the garbage for attention and the guy who mutilated his body via a legit eating disorder.
 
The latest video was surprisingly a bit more entertaining than the usual fare. Toward the end of stuffing his face with fried cheese he starts on about how he found the instagram of what sounds like a Neal Patrick Harris type gay couple. (both are attractive, have a lovely house, lovely adopted or surrogate children, etc) He laments about how they receive all this love from their followers and he gets hate because he's fat and ugly.

Unfortunately he doesn't get that his personality is shit and his whole schtick online is behaving like a gross, fat walrus heaving breaths between gorgings, farting, belching, etc while treating his partner and his subscribers like shit; but we are talking about Nikocado so the self-actualization is only going to go so deep with that much fat.
