I'm guessing it's a circulation problem; the greyish-blackish discolouration on the knuckles of both hands due to a lack of oxygen in his blood. But does anyone have a more informed idea about what might be going on there? It's been noticeable for at least a few months now.

That is makeup/dirt to mock up Amberlyns dark knuckles. But jokes on Avocado he has some real darkening going on as well, just a tad less noticeable.

Also, now I've looked in her forum, it seems like Amberlynn's black knuckles are almost certainly caused by insulin resistance. Which should be a bit of a worry for Nicholas, who's developed his own grey-tinge since he was warned last year (iirc) about being pre-diabetic.

Except he's also now permanently residing in Denial, and still thinks he's hilariously "trolling the haters" by making himself fat, sick and disabled.

My 5 cents are that it was real. Tho it was a kind that gets fixed with one surgery, and not the killing kind. So no dramatic vlogs to have.

Has she once mentioned ab post hysterectomy meds? And doc appointments stopped after the surgery? She said that she’ll keep medical stuff off camera but we know she would be namedropping vitamins and slipping appointments there and here.
