I'm too lazy to find which Nikocado video it is, but there's one in the last week or so where he talks about diapers and farts shortly after. As a diaper fetishist, there's a distinctly different sound when you fart into a diaper than when you fart into boxers/shorts. While most of Nikocado's shit is fake, dude's definitely wearing diapers when he does the mukbangs.

To do some further internet sleuthing, they're probably the cheapo ones from Wal-mart. I'd guess pull-ons.
