I actually watched the beginning of that video (no way I could sit through the whole thing), and he says he hadn't eaten a thing all day although his shirt is covered with food. Although it is somewhat clever of them to wear the same outfits every day so the audience can't tell what was filmed when (and to upload their content to multiple channels to make it harder to track the timeline), they are getting increasingly lazy with their one-note "narrative."
