Last time he got an accurate weigh-in (others were speculated to be over his scale's limit), it was in his Heart Attack Grill video with Hungry Fat Chick sometime in mid-2017.
He was 206 lb then.
That was about a half a year after he pivoted his channel from veganism to mukbangs.

Actually, I just recently scrolled through his videos from oldest-to-newest and you can see his slow descent into desperation for clicks.
He first tried veganism, playing violin, having a parrot, having a sloth, dying his food crazy colours... the only think that really stuck was that big portions = big $$. And he knows that.

I believe he mentioned somewhere in the Heat Attack Grill video that he had gained 30lb.
So presumably he was 175 lb at the start of his channel in late 2016/early 2017.
By mid-2017 he had already gained 30lb.
And here we are in mid-2020, sitting at 300lb.
So 100-125lb in 3 years, give or take.
That's thirty to forty pounds gained every year.

That's honestly less than I expected, given that he posts nearly every day, and his meals are always 5k+ calories.
He's like some sort of public histrionic science experiment.

I'm not a nikokado expert but it seems that he's put on close to 1/3rd of his weight at an astonishing rate, and even at his best lately he is a fast food vegan eating unholy amounts of fries and bullshit.

Add that to his retarded (fake or not) outbursts, tantrums, and breakdowns I'd say the stress it causes his body is worse than the average superfat.

I wouldn't be shocked if he keeled over before some of the fatties who weigh 2x what he does.

I know he's supposedly just "acting" and his content is "fake", but I feel like he's started blurring the lines at this point.
For a while now, he's been straddling the line between self-aware pandering to youtube/feeders and legit binge-eating his feelings.

Imo he started out by trying to flex his theater-kid muscles, and now he's ended up with a legitimate eating disorder/food addiction.
But I don't think that he even realizes it yet.
I think that he's still labouring under the delusion that it's all fake dramatics & he can stop whenever he wants.

I remember in the heart attack grill video he was about to weigh himself and he was like “I think I’m a good 160, 165” and then he weighed himself and it was 207, that should have been a serious shock to him but nope he went in and ate that 20 burger tower grease machine
 
I absolutely agree. He definitely has problems and his "just trolling" argument is a delusional even if there is a grain of truth in it. He can exaggerate his freak outs but they're still freak outs and his weight is out of control. I think he needs to sort himself out or he's going to hit the 400's real quick.

To be fair certain skin types are more susceptible to stretch marks, but in Nick's case it's obviously the food.

This man must be a nightmare for someone with an eating disorder.

I know there’s some people who want you to trigger warning food because of eating disorders, but the unapologetic overconsumption and waste of food by Nick is triggering to just about anybody. I feel a lot of sympathy for anyone who gets one of his videos in their recommended.
