This is likely a hoax itself, he was apparently recently spotted in a tiktok video skinny while standing in front of an ad for a UFC fight that took place on the 14th.

I want Nick to start mocking fat activist by telling them how easy it was to lose weight.

So you're telling me that the millionaire drama queen faggot had the opportunity to do one of the potentially funniest psyops of all time where all he had to do was pay a few grand to have an SFX artist do him up to look fat again so that he could record a video or get "caught" faking losing weight, just to pull the same exact joke twice, but even funnier? This is the first time I've actually liked and have been invested in his content. He's winning the content creation game right now and he knows it.

This is something unique to the creator sphere, and there hasn't been a unique creation that has had people talking in years. Regardless of how this ends, Nik is killing it right now whether it be fake and gay or true and honest.
 
Credit where credit is due, I always thought he was obnoxious but prerecording a bunch of stuff while he was fat and dribbling it out over time to confuse instagram is funny as hell.
