It's honestly not that surprising, diet and being active go hand in hand. I don't want to power level too much but I've lost 83 lb as of today over the last 3 years by tripling the amount of activity I got and watched portion sizes. He tackled it pretty aggressively which is why he looks like his body has been ravaged.

Long story short; yes. I took Mounjaro - another GLP - for type 2 & PCOS. Lost 50 pounds, but I was not the same category of Death Fat as our boy Niko. It slows your digestive transit so you feel fuller and evens out your blood sugar so that it dulls your appetite. You still have to maintain a calorie deficit - it doesn't magically burn the calories. The result is that you just eat like a normal person. There are side effects but they're better than being fat and it's better for most people than being on a straight diet/exercise programme.

I have absolutely no doubt that he is using one of the GLPs.
 
Well, at least this monstrosity got his 15 minutes of fame. I'd rather just be an anonymous person making a comfy six figures doing something I enjoy, but to each his own. It must be difficult working so hard to produce content so disgusting that no educated person could stomach more than a few minutes of it. I'm pretty sure he admitted several years ago that it was all a ruse and even reused the same "ant farm" speech, so this isn't exactly a surprise or very interesting. Beyond the novelty of watching someone whose obese asshole is publicly exposed on the internet pretend to be smarter than me, of course.
 
Nickacado is of Ukrainian nationality/origin. i Used to think he was a fat Hispanic due to his pink skin and looks and "Nickacado" Hispanic sounding name. but now that he's lost weight, I can see a lot of slavic traits and phenotype in him. especially in his skinny face.

Quoting myself to say - the only thing that gives me pause is in his "social experiment reveal" video, he packs away a pretty huge amount of noodles that I don't think would be possible if he was still actively taking Ozempic/Mounjaro/Wegovy.
