I actually believe that Orlin has autoimmune issues - I have seen someone with AIDS and its rough AF. He looks awful though and tbh I would do the same in Orlin's case but Nick turned into a monster and ultimately done this to himself.
 
I wonder if channels like his are being forbidden in the future? In the EU there is a high chance of that.
Seriously, you wont allow tobacco advertisement, there is a sugar-tax on sodas in some countries.
And this is ok? He is probably negatively influencing more kids than whiskey or cigarettes!

Apparently Youtube is actually demonetizing and disinsentivising videos like the ones he makes on the reg due to it setting a bad example for children with horribly unhealthy eating habits and the like, it's already beginning, and I wouldn't be surprised if some kids decided to try the same thing and ended up with some problems from overeating.
