It's not crying it's his body fighting to stay alive.

Skipping a beat could be one of several things but if it only happens once, don't worry about it. If it happens all the time or the heart gives an extra strong beat afterwards, then you might want to consult a doctor.

He says that device they used to read his heartbeat was placed on his finger, so right away we know it's not a 12-lead EKG which would be the most accurate and reliable. With a portable EKG, the device has to have proper contact to read the heart rate. If he really was convulsing, the device could have moved out of place and would be unable to obtain a reading. Not getting a reading and reporting no pulse is not the same as someone's heart stopping.

Honestly, I don't see a reason to believe his heart really stopped.
 
I never heard of this guy until recently and I tried to watch his videos. But omg he cries all the fucking time. I've got teenage girls and my life doesn't have as many tears and as much drama as this guys. He's like......living in a Supernatural episode where everything is over-dramatized by 100

There's no reason to believe it but then you have to remember that he thrives on drama. As such anything that happens to him is going to be blown up to an unimaginable degree.

In the end it doesn't matter if it was a glitch in the system or if he actually skipped a beat. He's going to play it off like he died for a second because it gives him a chance to cry.

Considering how crying seems to be the only thing Nikocado can do besides eating a gluttonous amount food, he could no doubt end up being talked about by others in the cringe-mockery sphere. If that really does happen, Nikocado would probably ramp up his rage further like with the video where he cries and yells "I'M DONE!!".

Bit off-topic but it's funny seeing the NFKRZ guy tackle Trisha Paytas. That said, the clips of Nikocado shown in the cringe-mockery vid may as well be a good way of summing the guy up (eating large amounts of food and crying, in either order).
 
It may be worth keeping an eye on him in the upcoming few days. He's being deported tomorrow.

And since his deporation is today, the mental breakdown may as well be ramped up. As though a crappy diet of eating too much portions of food along with fast food isn't enough. Than again, this guy has issues, especially after getting pissed at Youtube for demonetization.
 
The oldest video still available on his channel is this one (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kFOuhr-8i3c) where he talks about why he left the vegan community. He still seems quite sane in it, however, he began concentrating on mukbangs shortly after (in his first available mukbang he hinted at doing such videos before). My hypothesis is that his gluttonous eating habits eventually lead to the deterioration of his physical and mental health, which transformed him into a complete sperg that he is today.
