We all know that a prevailing majority of nogs grow up without a father. Sometimes it's not even known who the father is. She-boons often have kids from different men. When the nog grows up, he's unlikely to leave the ghetto (I guess). If all these conditions are met, there is a chilling chance of him hooking up with his half-sister or a cousin.
Does it mean that there's an unreported case of incest in da hoods?

Incest is very prevalent in dumb and poor populations. That's why even whites get people like the Whittaker's.

incest is a paki or north indian thing predominantly. afaik african cultures have a stigma against it.

you can see it in north indian/paki eyes too. asymmetric eyes. look at some front-on photos of pakis/Nindians and you'll see, their eyes are wonky.

Though your question is very flippant there are actually problems with African American genealogy. The Portuguese traders weren’t exactly asking for birth certificates and family trees when trading with the West African slave kingdoms. Long story short, without DNA testing there will always be an elevated risk when it comes to black people dating within their race in the US. I should clarify though, it was a bigger problem in the past, at this point I imagine accidental incest is pretty rare.
Sometimes they joke about cousin stuff but I’m pretty sure that’s not serious/actually happening.

The child sexual abuse (CSA) prevalence rate in this study was 27.9 percent. Initial analysis showed that African-American women were 1.75 times more likely than White women to have experienced CSA. Having a stepfather or a working mother did not increase the prevalence of CSA. There were no significant racial differences found in the nature, severity, or aftermath of CSA.
