Don't know if anyone noted this, but the Uni he's in is near one of the rose gardens where lots of foot traffic with kids goes through. The guy, if he's still in Uni at this point-which I doubt-isn't too far from the metro train for kiwis in the Cali area. The library is also within the Southern California University, so he's probably still going to Uni. You could bring this to the Dean's attention, or Presidents and probably get his ass canned; private schools don't like the look of being a uni that accepts dogfuckers.
