Maybe from your perspective, but I have my own.
Both should be legitimate discussion subjects. People make generalizations about my ethnic and racial groups all the damn time without repercussions.
I am unwilling to accept that if I tolerate this and laugh it off, others should be allowed to psychotically Shut It Down and destroy lives based on it. If the groups I belong to are not special and are open for criticism and mockery, so should be everyone else, no exceptions.

Sorry for the lunacy, wanted to say that these bans and reinstatements are a lunatic's way to run Twitter, inconsistent and idiotic, based on personal relations and not actual rules.

Nick was hosting a Twitter space talking about the virtues of hitler. I think that's why he got banned.

It's like how kiwifarms is free speech but if you support pedophilia you will be banned. Nick has also hand waved away pedophilia.

Most people hate Nick because he is a bad person. He is a liar and a backstabber. He'll throw you under the bus to make himself look good. He has alienated many friends and potential allies. Other reasons people hate him are because he is a degenerate (search catboykami or mrkarbs9000) and because he is a grifter, he steels ideas from other people and is always 1 step behind the curve, e.g. After years of optics cucking, he is naming the Jew, but he is denying the Holocaust. Meanwhile the Black Hebrew Israelites are saying that Hitler did nothing wrong and they're glad the holocaust happened.

Fuentes isn't a Fed he is owned by the people who owned the Trump admin through Kushner. Nick's major contributors trace back to a jewish supremacist cult called Chabad Lubavitch. That is why he is untouchable because the money behind Fuentes is also behind a shit load of other assholes and people in media constantly giving him attention. If you want to go down a rabbit hole here is proof and a guy who explained how the whole thing worked a few years ago. This guy gave the GPS coordinates of every major US military asset in Syria at the time to prove he had access to classified information along with things like the GPS coordinates of John Bolton's home while John Bolton was the National Security Advisor.
