Oh wow! Finally! The sick fuck is in jail though am I the only one laughing at his expression in the mug? He kinda has this look like "I tried everything not to get caught" or something.

Nick is facing a maximum sentence of 40 years for the charge of "involuntary deviate sexual intercourse with a child," on top of whatever he gets for the three charges of indecent assault:
(d) Sentences.--Notwithstanding the provisions of section 1103 (relating to sentence of imprisonment for felony), a person convicted of an offense under:
(1) Subsection (b) shall be sentenced to a term of imprisonment which shall be fixed by the court at not more than 40 years.

They may offer him a plea to spare his sister from having to testify, but given the current climate in Pennsylvania, they may not. Or his lawyer may just tell him to enter a blind plea because he'd get crucified at trial.

If he actually does make bail, his lawyer will tell him to shut the fuck up, so we probably won't get any new material. In fact, a condition of bail may be that he not discuss the case publicly.

Edit for actual content: to the people saying "if he gets out on bail"...he's currently up for a bail amount of $150,000. Although it said he went to jail in lieu of paying bail, I believe it is still possible for him to throw bail before he's sentenced (@Saul Goodman can probably shed more light on this than I), but where the hell are his parents or anyone, for that matter, gonna come up with $15,000 for this scumbucket? $15k being the 10% usually needed to hire a bail bondsman, who'd then pony up the rest.

Again, I'd like clarification on this.
 
It looks like he was arrested yesterday or today, do we know if he's been arraigned yet?

Near exactly two years ago, I first found out about this guy. After a month or so of foaming at the mouth fury at this sick pile of shit, I and others were fooled by some fucktard into believing nick was just making shit up, and that he was just another lolcow.

After reading the list of charges levelled against him......i have nothing. there is literally nothing I can say to encapsulate how much I fucking detest nick bate, and how ashamed I am at ever being rused into thinking he was not legit. Personally I have made my thoughts on what we as a forum should do to ensure he gets the proper reception in whatever prison he winds up in known, as well as what I wish to see happen within, so i will not burden this thread with them.

Instead here are the things I said 2 years ago, which were made before I was aware he actually raped his sister, yet bear repeating after today's news.

Deeker is just a creepier shade of pamperchu, Bates has actually sexually assaulted a young child and his only punishment for it was that her parents now keep an eye on him when he has access to her again. In my opinion the fact he crossed that line forever removed him from the category of lolcow, he is a real life monster and needs to be kicked screaming into a cell for the rest of his life.

Oh this is great news.

I almost want to thank Nick for being so spergy he helped this happen to him, awww who am I kidding, Good riddance.

I'm not a lawyer but from what it says, I assume it means he was offered bail so if someone puts the cash up (fat chance) it's still offered just wasn't met at the trial.
