To be honest, if he didn't keep at it, it'd have really made him a lot more sympathetic. The joke he made was creepy, but given the context it was the first time something like this had occurred between the two of them, and her just canceling on him instead of being like "I'm not really comfortable with those kinds of jokes, please don't make them" seemed like a bit of an overkill. Some people legit have a sense of humor like that, and if he'd not kept digging himself deeper, it'd have been entirely possible that he genuinely was just making a joke and hadn't meant to offend her.

I'm not defending the guy at all, and the later messages show that she clearly made the right choice. But if he was "fine before that joke," it's still a slight overreaction on her part. Again, though, she ended up making the right choice so maybe she'd been creeped out by him for a while, but didn't wanna tell him that.
 
I bet there were creepier jokes he told prior that she let slide, and then that one was the straw that broke the camels back. I get the idea from that thread that we're kind of seeing it a few lines into the conversation.

The thing that nice guys don't seem to get, is that women are entitled to have their own preferences, just like anyone else. You'll get nowhere trying to disabuse someone of their own preferences.

You mean "short". Women don't refer to thick dick as "teensy". Girth is more important than length. An 8" dick is worthless when it's as big around as a lady's picky finger.
 
Short dicks are preferable to long dicks, so long as the girth is acceptable. Nobody wants their cervix slammed.
