There needs to be a class in high school where they corral all the guys, herd them into the auditorium, and explain that A)it's ok for women to have sex with multiple partners, guys do it and no one criticizes them, B)you are not owed sex and C)women are autonomous people, ergo, if they choose not to have sex with you, that doesn't make them bad people. Suck it up and move on.

I doubt it'd make much of a difference. The kinds of people who cling to the whole idea of "women are human vending machines that poop out sex when you feed it enough disingenuous kindness" are also the kinds of people who would find some kind of stupid excuse no matter what they were told.
