Lol they went on to say an obligatory "vote Bernie" too.

Nope Bernie wrote about it back in 1972. Even Snopes can’t find a way to weasel out of admitting it’s true.

It's not quite as damning in the context of the whole article, talking about how gender roles pervert and skew people's ideas on sex. Bodice rippers, especially the ones coming out in that era, aren't really renowned for their love interests asking for the consent of their protagonists. Like it or not, there's always going to be women who fantasize about being ravished by a handsome man who takes what he wants, and such a thing being taboo would probably only intensify those feelings. Thing is, though, those fantasies are ultimately in control of the women fantasizing about them. This whole thing reads more of a "gotcha!" rather than addressing the larger point brought up in the article, though bringing this back on topic, I'm sure there's some angry nice gals fuming about how dare he even suggest that a woman has some sort of forbidden fantasy about being raped.

Besides, it's not like he's gone around and gotten really, really handsy with multiple women and girls, kna'mean?

Does anyone else find it weird that this pure innocent saffick woolawoo has the name of a bisexual male as their Twitter handle and their profile picture is a canonically straight female? That seems odd to me.

Getting raped or at least strongly coerced have sex fantasies are very normal for women but it's important to look the whole story because then it becomes clear that fantasies aren't really about unwanted or forsed sex. The "rapist" is always extremely desirable man but a bad boy, the sex and the relationship are passionate and overwhelming, the woman stays "pure" despite doing kinky stuff because it's not her fault and usually when the sex gets going she suddenly very into it. Just 50 shades gray is an excellent example of what those fantasies are all about. Cristian Gray is handsome, rich and obsessed of the "plain" protagonist. They have kinky sex where he puts her trough the ringer but ultimately she in control of him because he wants her that bad. It's honestly not that complicated, girls don't want get raped but they do want sexy passion with slice of forbidden fruit.

It's not even limited to women -- plenty of guys have them too. Loss of control is just one of those sexy umbrella concepts that branches into a lot of different things to different people.

I never got into that series. I'm a bit of a spaz, tho', and the idea of complete loss of control in a situation freaks me out.

I recall a bit from some female comedian I saw once where she was talking about an argument with a female friend about porn. The friend told her that every porn video she watches has a woman being raped, and the comedian said that hearing this blew her mind.

"How did she know what kind of porn I watch?"

Let it never be said that women are incapable of being funny.

And for real, porn studies have found that women are a far, far more prevalent audience for noncon porn (the non-consensual part is an act obviously, at least on legal sites). It typically ranks high in the top ten list for female porn viewers, while for male porn viewers it doesn't rank at all.

Obviously there's a huge difference between fantasy and reality when it comes to shit like rape, but definitely food for thought when it comes to stereotypes about male and female sexuality.

Oh, and on the other side of the coin, femdom is a genre that far more appeals to men than women.

Similiar to how fat girls refuse to date fat guys, eh?
I've seen plenty of fat male "gods" with their own following. Except they're all gay men who objectify them. If a fat woman has any kind of self-respect, she's a yass queen and only ripped men are worthy of her. And she'll get a few because it's a fetish to bow to inferior women or enjoy fat. Even female rape is just a punchline at this point.

Women can get sex regardless of their situation, and it's proven by how absolutely furious they get over anime girl camgirls get more attention. They've grown up being entitled to what they want as long as it's from another person, which is balanced out by men having an easier time in their work life. But hey, they want that too.

Internet lesbians are insecure and pathetic bitches even in quarantine times, news at 11

These whiny cunts don’t realize that they don’t have girlfriends because their personalities are 1) shitty and 2) fucking creepy. I mean, if a dude went on and on about his radiant goddess girlfriend/wife and “WANT WIFE” they’d all be reeeeeeeing that he was creepy and predatory.

Also, the whole “Sapphic” thing is so fucking dumb. Sappho herself was one of those dirty “bihet bitches” that femcels hate so much. I mean hell, Ovid and some of the other major writers and historians of the day often joked about how much ol’ Lady Sappho liked dick and pussy equally. Apparently she was quite the equal opportunity nympho.

You know what? Good for her, I hope she got all the dick and puss she wanted.

From what I heard, ancient Greeks didn't really have much of a concept of sexual orientation like we do today. It was more based on sexual acts than the actual genders of the performers.
