How do you give reaction stickers?

There's a "Like" button on the bottom of someone's post, mouse over it and it will bring up the stickers. If you want to unlock the additional stickers like "Drink" you have to pay Null $20.

Rumor has it you can send him pictures of your feet instead of the $20 but those who do are never seen from again.
