Nothing, sir, because it looked retarded and I didn't know I should be adding anything.

If you want, I have suggestions for now and future movie nights, and am willing to contribute I just don't want to upload to a random google drive. My paranoia level isn't tin foil hat yet but it probably should be since this is le evil Kiwi Farms!

You're free to suggest themes (we hold a vote for the next week's theme in chat on Sunday at around 10pm) but unless you're willing to provide movies don't complain about what plays. As far as the google drive thing goes just make an account exclusively for movie night.
 
@innocent jogger it's just my opinion, but if you're going to complain but offer nothing to fix it then you've done worse than provide bad movies. What was not to your liking? You just said "i looked at this list and didn't like it." That doesn't help. *What* did you not like? Was it the actual movies? In the case of actual movies the theme was survival movies (a movie where someone faces the odds and has to survive at all costs). It's not the strongest theme, but the docu on the Russo-Ukrainian War was interesting and highlighted a side of life no one attending movie night really sees. Was it the filler? The point of filler is to play something inbetween movies so people can get things done/make food/ take a break from movies. Sometimes it's interesting, like some of the survival videos that played, sometimes it's lolcow related. We had a big segment of Jack today for some reason. Other times it's just random junk. You aren't supposed to *love* filler. If you don't like it you just get up and stretch or do something else. A movie will start within 30 minutes. Too many spergs show up and get mad about filler when it's only around to fill time. And again, the queue is open so you just have to add filler you like. just know that someone will hate your filler. always.

What themes do you have to suggest? as was said above theme suggestions usually happen on Sundays but if you put it here in the thread I try to check and add those themes onto the list if you are not present to be fair to everyone. "I have ideas" is not helpful to contributing to movie night if you don't bother to discuss them.

And GDrive is currently the only way to manage it. Having multiple google accounts is a way around this. My movie night gmail is a reference to music and utilizes no real names.

Most the movies are added by users rather than any of the kiwifarms mods. But if you don't want to bring movies, good filler is always great, just avoid trash.

The Preachers Wife

Also got Boondocks and PJs christmas episodes as filler.

As always if people need help tracking down movies, let me know.

I’ll have a trawl tonight and see what I can find, I’m surprised there are so many movies.

If someone can be sure to bring The Drone That Saved Christmas that would be neat.

I doubt any of the rest of us has access to PTP sadly (I only got torrentleech and cinemageddon for private trackers myself). But was able to rip it off tubi with some help.

I've got two so far:
Hanukkah (2019)
Hanukkah on the Rocks (2024)

I am hoping that people bring more. I was worried that pickings would be slim which is why I suggested Christmas horror movies, there's no end of them.

They run hollywood yet they're very few movies of their holiday.
